Qin (Q í n) Tang district is a municipal district of Guigang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. Its geographical location is 108 ° 58 ′ 48 ″ ~ 109 ° 18 ″ E and 22 ° 48 ′ ~ 23 ° 25 ′ 12 ″ n. It is located in the northwest of Guigang City, adjacent to the southwest passage of the city in the west, Yuanjin village of Guzhang Township in the north and Guping village of Daling Township in the south, with a total area of 1352 square kilometers.
Qintang district was established in 1996 with the approval of the people's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It was then called qintang administrative region. In March 2003, the State Council approved the establishment of a county-level administrative region with jurisdiction over 10 towns. It is "one of the top ten counties (cities, districts) in Guangxi's economic development in 2005".
In December 2019, it will become a pilot unit for the construction of national rural governance system. In December 2020, it was named "advanced county of Guangxi high quality development in 2019" by the autonomous region.
Historical evolution
In the 33rd year of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty (214 BC), Guilin county was set up, which governed Bushan (today's Guigang City). Early human development activities began in qintang area;
In July of the 29th year of Daoguang (1849), Zhang Jiaxiang, leader of the heaven and earth society, led more than a thousand people to the activities of qintang generation in Guixian county;
On February 15, 1949, with the approval of the people's Government of Guixian County, 50 townships (towns) were established, of which qintang township was one;
In May 1950, there were 16 districts in Guixian County, and qintang was the third district: the district government was located in qintang. Jurisdiction qintang, Qinnan, Genzhu, Huanglian;
On February 10, 1958, according to the decision on withdrawing districts and merging townships issued by Guangxi Provincial People's Committee (57) min Zi No. 72, Guixian county changed 17 districts into six districts. Qintang district is one of the six districts. It is located in qintang and has jurisdiction over Sanli, Wuli, Jitang, qintang, Genzhu, Qinnan and Huanglian;
After 1959, qintang commune was established;
On December 20, 1988, with the approval of the State Council, Guixian county was removed and Guigang City was established as qintang town;
In 1996, the qintang administrative region was established with the approval of the people's Government of the autonomous region;
On March 6, 2003, the State Council approved (guohan No. 37): to adjust the administrative division of Gangbei District of Guigang City and establish qintang District of Guigang City: to put qintang Town, Huanglian Town, Donglong Town, Sanli Town, Wuli Town, Shika Town, menggong Township, Shanbei Township, Guzhang Township, Zhennan Township and Daling Township in Gangbei District of Guigang City under the jurisdiction of qintang district. The District People's government is located in qintang Avenue, qintang town.
In 2003, qintang District governed six towns and five townships: qintang Town, Donglong Town, Sanli Town, Huanglian Town, Shika Town, Wuli Town, Shanbei Township, Guzhang Township, Zhennan Township, menggong Township and Daling township.
On July 19, 2005, the government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (GZH No. 206) agreed to abolish Zhennan township of qintang district and merge the whole system into Guzhang township. The adjusted Guzhang township was renamed Zhangmu Township, and the Zhangmu township government was stationed in Zhangmu village, the former Guzhang township.

Qintang Street governs two communities of qintang and Hetang, and 14 villages of Longling, Longfeng, Yaoshan, Daguo, Qinnan, Huanghe, Yongxing, Zhusha, Guluo, Liuwu, Huilong, Yangzhi, Zhoucun and gambei. The neighborhood office is located in qintang community (the former qintang Town People's Government).
Donglong town governs Shilong community; Shilong, Rome, nongchang, Ruan temple, Fenghuang, Yihe, Lanshan, Hecun, Datong, Jinglong, Jingbang, sanliu, Changling, Gaolong, longfu 15 administrative villages.
Sanli town has jurisdiction over Sanli community and 10 administrative villages including gandao, Longtian, Jiuan, Shuangfeng, daling, Dazhou, Longxing, Shuixian, Jitang and Shishe.
Huanglian town has jurisdiction over Huanglian community and 15 administrative villages including Zhenshui, Shanxie, Dahuang, Xinzhu, lingcen, Dadong, Pingzhai, Yaoling, Mocun, Xinhe, Xintan, Panchen, Kuixin, Jushi and zhangtuan.
Shika town governs shika community; 18 administrative villages are Jiangnan, Daqing, Xishan, Fangzhu, Dayan, Lucun, Zhangzhu, Baisha, Hanping, Fulong, Wantang, Xinwang, Hexin, FengSi, Hanlu, Cunmian, Duyun and Niwan.
Wuli Town governs Wuli community; rongmu, lincun, Dongxin, Yunbiao, Longgui, Dacheng and Dongliu administrative villages.
Shanbei Township governs 11 administrative villages of Shanbei, Mid Autumn Festival, Wanshou, Shuangyan, Erlong, Liuwu, hengluo, Baohe, Shima, Songying and Huangli.
