Fushun County Fushun county belongs to Fushun City, Liaoning Province, located in the west end of Fushun City. It is adjacent to Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County in the East, Xihu District and Benxi Manchu Autonomous County in the south, Hunnan District, Sujiatun District, Fushun City in the west, Tieling County in the north, and Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County in the northeast, with a total area of 2328.9 square kilometers (2010). Evolution of organizational system
