Funing District Funing District, one of the four municipal districts of Qinhuangdao City, is located in the core area of Bohai economic circle and Qinhuangdao metropolitan circle, with 17.5km coastline in the South and Beijing Tianjin in the West. It is the only district with mountains, rivers, lakes, seas and the Great Wall in China.
