Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County is an Autonomous County under the jurisdiction of Chengde City, Hebei Province. Kuancheng, named after kuanheyi in Yuan Dynasty and kuanhecheng in Ming Dynasty, was established in 1963. Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County was established in 1989.
