The origin of the name
According to the research, the name of Fuyu comes from Wuyuer river. The origin of the name has nothing to do with the economic situation of the county, not the concept of wealth. Wuyur is the meaning of low-lying land in Nuzhen language. Wu Yu, Hu Yu, Pu Yu and Fu Yu all belong to the homophony of Nuzhen language in different periods. The term "Fu Yu" comes from the homophony, not from the wealth. Before the establishment of the county, there was huyuertun, later also known as Fuyu village. Later, there were Fuyu Township, Fuyu Administrative Bureau, and even upgraded to Fuyu County. The names of huyuertun and Fuyu County are similar, but the origin of huyuertun is derived from uyuer.

Before Qing Dynasty
Songnen Plain (including Fuyu County) to the east of Nenjiang River and the north of Songhua River is a residential area of Fuyu people. Fuyu people are "good at raising animals" and "famous for horses", and the handicraft industry has also reached a considerable level. Fuyu was a slave regime, a state-owned monarch, under which there were Majia, Niujia, Zhujia, Goujia, emissary, Ambassador and other official posts. Yuanzha was the city of Fuyu, and the residents were subordinate to Zhujia. There are thousands of big houses and hundreds of small houses, with palaces, warehouses and prisons.
Today's Fuyu County is the residence of doumolou. Doumolou is generally located in the north of Hulan River, southwest of Xiaoxing'an Mountains, east of Nenjiang River and Wuyuer River Basin. He was under the jurisdiction of huiyier Qianhu, wanhu house, shuidada Road, xingzhongshu Province, Liaoyang. In addition, there were two transportation stations, namely "xibotur city" (the location of huiyier Qianhu, according to experts), and "Yala" and "zuozhan". The city is located in Xiangfa village, Fanrong Township, Fuyu County. "Yala" and "zuozhan" were used in Taha and ningnian villages of Fuyu County respectively, and later were used as post stations in Qing Dynasty.

Early Qing Dynasty
The rich areas were under the jurisdiction of Shengjing (Shenyang), ningguta angbang Zhangjing (Dutong) in the 10th year of Shunzhi (1653), and Heilongjiang generals were set up by the Qing government in the 22nd year of Kangxi (1683). In 1686, the Qing government set up the transportation post road from Jilin to Huihui (also known as Heilongjiang city), which was still used in Yuan Dynasty. In the middle of 17th century, due to the invasion of tsarist Russia, Daur and other ethnic groups in Heilongjiang River Basin were forced to go south and settle in Nenjiang River Basin. In order to fight against the invasion of tsarist Russia to Heilongjiang Basin, Heilongjiang general sabusu ordered the families of Manchu eight banners officers and soldiers, descendants of the Nvzhen nationality, to move from Jilin to Heilongjiang. Ji, Meng and Tao, who now live in Sanjiazi Village of Fuyu County, came from Jilin navy camp during this period. In the 22nd year of Qianlong (1757), after Emperor Qianlong pacified the rebellion in Junggar, Xinjiang, he moved a Mongol tribe of erlut to the Wuyuer river basin to live as a herdsman. The Republic of China
In 1913, Longjiang Prefecture was changed into Longjiang County (Qiqihar). Here belongs to the Fourth District of the county, namely Fuyu (now Fulu town) and ningnian township. The eastern part of the county is under the jurisdiction of keming'an banner. In 1929, at the request of the local gentry, the Heilongjiang provincial government set up most of the two townships and a small part of the Qishi section, and set up the Fuyu Bureau on December 8 of the same year. Longchang town is 40 km long, 75 km long and covers an area of 3228 square kilometers. In April 1933, Zhang Tingxin took over the Japanese counsellor Tanita, and in June, she upgraded the administrative bureau to Dingdeng county. On August 15, 1945, Japan surrendered, the county town was liberated on January 9, 1946, and the county democratic government was established on April 25, 1946. After that, Fuyu County was divided into five districts, namely Fuyu District 1, Fuhe District 2, ningnian District 3, Shaowen District 4 and longanqiao District 5. On April 28, 1948, the Northeast Bureau approved the abolition of Longdong County, and the provincial government decided to divide Taha into the Sixth District of Fuyu County and the seventh district of Fuyu County according to the system of taking and selling the banner of keming'an banner. In October 1948, because the county (now Fulu town) was often surrounded by big water and the traffic was inconvenient, the county government moved from Fuyu town in Henan Province to ningnian town in Hebei Province.
After the founding of new China
On January 18, 1955, the provincial government approved that the four villages of Sanyu, Hefa, Fusheng, Nongle and mujiatun in Hesheng District of Nehe county should be divided into seven districts of Fuyu County. County administrative territory is basically stable..
On October 24, 1956, with the approval of the provincial people's government, ningnian town was renamed Fuyu town along with the county, and the original Fuyu town (now Fulu town) was renamed Fulu township.
