Donggang Donggang City, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, is managed by Dandong City. Donggang City, formerly known as Donggou County, was renamed when it was established in 1993. The origin of the city's name is derived from Donggang port. Dadong port (Dandong port has three ports, namely Dadong port, Langtou port and haiyanghong port.)
