Da'an Da'an City is a county-level city in Baicheng City, Jilin Province, located in the northwest of Jilin Province, in the hinterland of Songnen Plain. The total area is 4879 square kilometers. Historical construction
In ancient times, Da'an was a sacred place for fishing and hunting of the nomadic minorities. According to historical records, villages began to form in 1902, when the residents took fishing as their business and market towns appeared.
In 1903, the Qing government implemented the "New Deal", which allowed and encouraged the Han people to move to the flag land, and a large number of Han people moved to Da'an to cultivate.
