Dehui Dehui, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province, is managed by Changchun City. It is located in the north central part of Jilin Province and the hinterland of Songliao plain. It is located in the north latitude of 44 ° 02 ′~ 44 ° 53 ′, east longitude of 125 ° 14 ′~ 126 ° 24 ′, with a maximum distance of 96 km from north to South and 65 km from east to west. It faces Fuyu and Yushu across the Songhua River in the East, Jiutai District in the southeast, Changchun New Area in the southwest, Binhe, Baojia and Qiangang townships (towns) of Nong'an County in the west, and Yitong River in the rest. It covers an area of 3322 square kilometers.
Dehui is an important node city on the Beijing Harbin railway, a national ecological demonstration advanced city, and a provincial health city in Jilin Province. It belongs to the north temperate continental monsoon semi humid climate zone. The river channel in the territory belongs to the Songhua River system. The terrain inclines from southwest to northeast, and the terrain is undulating.
By 2018, Dehui has jurisdiction over 4 streets, 12 towns and 4 townships. In 2019, the total registered residence of Dehui was 879577, with a gross domestic product of 23 billion 480 million yuan.
History of construction
In ancient times, it was the residence of Sushen nationality. It belonged to the territory of Yan state in the Warring States period, Liaodong state in the Qin Dynasty, Fuyu state in the Han Dynasty, and Wuji nationality (the predecessor of Nuzhen nationality) in the Wei, Jin and southern and Northern Dynasties.
In Tang Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of Xianzhou, Fuyu Prefecture of Bohai State.
In the Liao Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of Huanglong Prefecture of Tokyo road.
After Jin destroyed Liao, it was under the jurisdiction of Jizhou and Long'an.
In Yuan Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of Kaiyuan Road, zhongshuxing Province, Liaoyang.
In the early Ming Dynasty, it was under the command of Liaodong capital and nurgan capital. In the middle Ming Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of wuliangha Sanwei and Horqin.
In the early Qing Dynasty, Dehui County belonged to zhasak territory of Guoerluosi Front Banner. During the reign of Emperor Kangxi, the "wicker border" was built, which was designated as "outside the border" and was the pasture under the jurisdiction of zhasak, the former banner of Gorros. In 1791, the territory was under the jurisdiction of Changchun hall. In the fifth year of Jiaqing (1800), Changchun hall was established, and its territory was under the jurisdiction of Changchun hall. In 1889, Changchun hall was upgraded to a mansion, and its jurisdiction remained unchanged. The territory of Dehui was still under the jurisdiction of Changchun mansion. On April 16, 1910 (May 24, 1910), the Qing government approved the establishment of a county government, and designated more than half of mude Township and Huaihui Township in Changchun as the county territory, and all of them and the East jiahuang as the county territory. The county government was stationed in Dafangshen village of Yong'an town (now Dafangshen village of Dafangshen town).
In 1912, after the founding of the Republic of China, the county government was renamed the county office.
In 1913, Jilin Province was directly under the central government.
On August 19, 1914, a three-level management system was implemented in Northeast China, which was under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province.
In April 1929, the system was abolished and the county office was renamed the county government.
In the 21st year of the Republic of China (1932), it was renamed County Office, which was under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province.
On April 1, 1936, the puppet County Office moved to Zhangjiawan, and Zhangjiawan was renamed Dehui.
On November 17, 1945, the Northeast Democratic Alliance Army liberated Dehui for the first time and established the county people's autonomous government, which was directly under the central government of Jilin Province.
From May 28, 1946 to October 20, 1947, the county government was still under the jurisdiction of Jilin provincial government.
On October 20, 1947, Dehui was liberated for the second time and the county government was rebuilt, which was directly under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province.
On June 22, 1948, it was designated as a county directly under the central government of Jilin Province.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the county government was renamed the county people's government.
On April 28, 1955, it was renamed the county people's Committee.
On July 3, 1956, it was under the jurisdiction of Huaide Commissioner's Office (renamed Gongzhuling Commissioner's office on October 6, 1956).
On October 23, 1958, it was under the jurisdiction of Changchun City.
On January 10, 1966, it was under the jurisdiction of Dehui Commissioner's office.
On February 28, 1968, the county Revolutionary Committee was established under the jurisdiction of Changchun City.
On January 28, 1980, the county Revolutionary Committee was renamed the county people's government.
On July 6, 1994, the State Council approved Dehui to withdraw its county and establish a city; on August 18, Dehui withdrew its county and establish a city. The press conference was held at Nanhu hotel in Changchun. According to the spirit of the notice issued by the general office of Jilin provincial government, the seal of Dehui Municipal People's government will be put into use from now on. Dehui city will be directly under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province and Changchun City, and its jurisdiction will remain unchanged; on August 19, Dehui municipal Party committee and municipal government will hold a press conference at the Municipal Cultural Palace HuiXie county was set up as a city.
On August 5, 2005, with the approval of Jilin Provincial People's government, Misha town and Wanbao town were under the jurisdiction of Kuancheng District of Changchun City. In the actual implementation, only the land planning and examination and approval power of the administrative areas under the jurisdiction of the two towns are transferred out, and the rest is still managed by Dehui city.
In January 2016, the State Council approved the establishment of Changchun new area, which is under the jurisdiction of Changde new area. Twelve villages, namely sijiazi, xingshunhao, Liangjia, Yuejin, Tianji, Chenguang, tangjiazhangzi, Xinhua, ganwuhai, jiangdongdian, Changling and Sansheng, are designated from Misha town.

On December 28, 1953, 40 administrative villages in the former 16 (Misha) and 17 (Wanbao) districts of Changchun City were assigned to Dehui county.
In June 1955, according to the provincial regulations, 19 district offices in the county were reserved as agencies of the county people's Committee; in October, daheli village in Chaoyang District was assigned to Yushu county.
In January 1956, Dehui county was divided into 20 districts and 232 villages into 7 districts, 90 townships, 5 township level towns and 1 district level town.
In December 1957, paozi, Jijia, Buhai, Shengyang, Shuangmiaozi and Changshan townships in Jiutai county were assigned to Dehui County, and Taihe, Yihe and Chengzijie townships in Dehui county were assigned to Jiutai county.
In March 1958, district level organizations were abolished, and 7 districts, 6 towns and 93 small townships in the county were merged into 34 townships and 1 town; in October 1958, 248 agricultural production cooperatives and 1 town in 34 townships were divided into 19 management areas and 228 operation areas.
In April 1959, the administrative area was renamed people's commune.
In June 1961, four new people's communes, namely, Tongtai, Shengyang, ganwuhai and Sansheng, were set aside. Wolong people's commune was renamed Tiantai people's commune, and the whole county 23 people's communes. In July of the same year, ganwuhai people's commune was renamed wopi people's commune. In August, Dehui people's commune was divided into Dehui town and suburban (later changed to suburban) people's commune. In October, Shuangmiaozi people's commune was renamed For Buhai people's commune.
In 1966, the working committees of five districts and most of the people's communes changed their names. Chalukou district changed to Songjiang District; Dajiagou district changed to Hongsong district; Misha district changed to Xinfeng district; Guojia district changed to Xiangyang District; Xiajiadian changed to Dongfanghong, Dajiagou changed to Dongsheng, Tiantai changed to Weidong, Guojia changed to Xiangyang, Tongtai changed to Hongguang, Buhai changed to Jingxing, Wanbao changed to Qianjin, zhuchengzi changed to Xinfeng, Misha changed to Xinfeng, and wopi changed to Chen Guang, Sansheng to Dongsheng, Caiyuanzi to Hongqi, Biangang to Hongwei, Chalukou to Dongfeng, Wutai to Yuejin, Heping to Lixin, Dafangshen to Guangming, and the remaining seven retain their original names. The Han family brigade of Shengyang people's commune was assigned to Jiutai county.
In March 1977, Dasheng people's commune Daqing brigade was transferred to Changchun Beijiao farm (in January 1959, Daqing brigade was transferred from Dehui to Beijiao farm, and in February 1969, it was transferred to Dehui county from Beijiao farm).
In January 1984, 24 people's communes were changed into 23 townships and one town, and the people's commune management committee was renamed township (town) people's government.
In June 1985, the nine townships of Chakou, Dafangshen, Songhuajiang, Dajiagou, daqingzui, zhuchengzi, Guojia, Misha and Wanbao were changed into towns, and the Township People's government was renamed the town people's government.
In November 1992, with the approval of the people's Government of Jilin Province, Buhai Township, Tiantai Township, Xiajiadian Township and Caiyuanzi Township were changed into towns.
In July 1994, Dehui town was abolished and four streets (township level) including Jianshe, Shengli, Huifa and Heping were established.
In June 1996, Yangshu township was changed into Yangshu town.
In December 1999, with the approval of the Department of civil affairs of Jilin Province, Shengyang township was changed into Shengyang town.
In February 2001, wopi, Sansheng and Misha townships were merged into Misha town; in the same year, Shengyang town and Songbai Township were abolished, and the two townships were merged into Dehui urban area, namely Shengyang street and Huifa Street (the former Huifa office was merged), and the former Heping Street was merged into Shengli street.
On August 5, 2005, the administrative areas under the jurisdiction of Misha town and Wanbao town in Dehui City were put under the jurisdiction of Kuancheng District of Changchun City (except for land planning and examination and approval power, other administrative areas were still managed by Dehui City); on August 8, Dehui city adjusted its administrative divisions, abolished Shengyang street, and put its administrative areas under the jurisdiction of Buhai town. The township of Heping was abolished and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of Tongtai township. Yangshu town was abolished and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of Dafangshen town. Xiajiadian town was abolished and Xiajiadian street was set up, which belongs to the urban area.
In February 2001, wopi and Sansheng were merged into Misha town. In the same year, Shengyang town was abolished and Shengyang street was established; Songbai township was merged into Huifa street and Heping Street into Shengli Street.
On August 5, 2005, the Department of civil affairs of Jilin province put the administrative areas under the jurisdiction of Misha town and Wanbao town of Dehui City under the jurisdiction of Kuancheng District of Changchun City (except for land planning and examination and approval power, other areas are still managed by Dehui City); on August 8 of the same year, with the approval of the Department of civil affairs of Jilin Province, Shengyang street was canceled and its administrative areas were removed
