Luojiang District Luojiang District is a district under the jurisdiction of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. It is located on the Bank of Luoyang River in the northeast of Quanzhou central city. The northeast is adjacent to Huian and Xianyou counties, Nanan City in the West and Fengze District in the south. Because of the famous Luoyang Ancient Bridge at home and abroad, and Luoyang River, the second largest river in Quanzhou, the district is named Luojiang District.
Luojiang District is the hometown of overseas Chinese and the main ancestral home of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots. Evolution of organizational system
In the first year of Tang Jiushi (700), wurongzhou was established for the third time. The former government of wurongzhou moved from the former government of Fengzhou to the plain area of the lower reaches of Jinjiang River, which is the location of Quanzhou City.
