Heishan County Heishan County belongs to Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. It is located in the west of Liaoning Province and the northeast of Jinzhou City. It is 148 km away from Shenyang City and 122 km away from Jinzhou City. It is adjacent to Liaozhong district and Xinmin City of Shenyang City by Raoyang River in the East, Taian County of Anshan City in the south, Beizhen city in the west, Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County of Fuxin City in the north and northwest. It is located between 121 ° 49 ′ e to 122 ° 36 ′ E and 41 ° 29 ′ n to 42 ° 08 ′ n. The county covers an area of 2436 square kilometers, with a total population of about 640000 by 2008.
In addition to the Han nationality, there are 16 ethnic minorities, including Manchu, Mongolian, Hui and Korean. The main scenic spots are Shepan mountain tourist area, Longwan reservoir tourist area, Lianhua Lake film and television base, etc.

The origin of place names
Yuanpu, a famous town in the Ming Dynasty, was also called Xiaoheshan and Xiaoheishan in the early Qing Dynasty. There is Xiaoheishan in the northeast corner of the county. The ancient god temple was built on its top. Although the mountain is not very high, when you climb on it, you can see the mountains from a distance and the county streets from a distance. The name of Heishan is derived from this mountain. Heishan has been a Chinese territory since ancient times. Through the ages, despite all the vicissitudes, Heishan has always been a place where the Chinese people work, live and multiply.
Evolution of organizational system
In Tang Yao's time, Heishan was the territory of Jizhou. Yuping soil and water, home Kyushu, Heishan in Yu.
During the Xia and Shang Dynasties, Yingzhou was a territory (according to the unified annals of the Ming Dynasty, Youzhou was to the west of Guangning and Yingzhou was to the east of Guangning). Yin made Kyushu, which was different from that of Shun, while Heishan was still a Yingzhou. During the Warring States period, it belonged to Liaodong County of Yan state.

In the Western Han Dynasty, it belongs to Liaodong County, the branch of Youzhou thorn. In the Eastern Han Dynasty, it belongs to the kingdom of Liaodong and the Three Kingdoms, belonging to Changli County of Youzhou (today's Yi County).
In the Western Jin Dynasty, Pingzhou (now Liaoyang) Changli County (now Yixian County). The former Yan, the former Qin and the later Yan of the Sixteen States of the Eastern Jin Dynasty still belong to Changli County of Pingzhou. In the northern and Southern Dynasties, Heishan belonged to the Northern Wei Dynasty. In 444, the Northern Wei Dynasty set up Yingzhou in Longcheng (today's Chaoyang City), led Changli and other counties, and Heishan was the territory of Changli County (today's Chaoyang).
At the beginning of Zhenguan period of Tang Dynasty, because of the situation of mountains and rivers, the whole country was divided into ten roads, and Liucheng (now Chaoyang) was changed into Yingzhou, and Heishan was under the jurisdiction of daoyingzhou of Hebei. Later, due to the invasion of the Bohai Sea, Anton Dufu moved to the eastern part of Liaoning Province, where he ruled the eastern city of Liaoning Province (now Liaoyang) and moved to the new city (now the north of Fushun City); in the second year of Tianbao (743 AD), he moved to Gujun city (now the East Bank of Daling River in Yixian County).
In Liao Dynasty, it belonged to Fengxian army in Daoxian Prefecture of Tokyo. In the first year of Shence (916), the Taizu yeluabaoji established the Qidan state, the capital of the Emperor (now nanboluo City, Balinzuoqi, Inner Mongolia); in the tenth year of Huitong (947), the name of the state was changed to Liao, and the capital of the emperor was changed to Shangjing. In the south, Haihe in Tianjin, Baxian in Hebei and Yanmenguan in Shanxi were confronted with the Northern Song Dynasty. Heishan belongs to the state of Liao. Liao set up Xianzhou (in the southwest of today's North Town) and Shandong county (today's North Town).
