Daning County, belonging to Linfen City, Shanxi Province, is located at the south end of Luliang Mountain in Shanxi Province. It borders Yonghe County in the north, Jixian County in the south, Puxian county and Xixian County in the East and Yanchang County in Shaanxi Province across the Yellow River in the West.
