Historical evolution
The earliest recorded county is from historical records. According to the historical records, in the Han Dynasty, there were 36 states in the western regions. On the southern edge of today's Taklimakan, there was a small city-state in Kunlun mountain area, named qule state (within the scope of today's qiaha Township, Nur Township, wuluksayi Township and bositang township), which was one of the 36 states in the western regions. On April 9, 1918, the government of the Republic of China approved the establishment of Cele County assistant (Cele assistant Bureau), which is subordinate to Hetian Zhili Prefecture in Xinjiang province. In the ninth year of the Republic of China (1920), Hetian Zhili state was changed into Hetian Road, and celeb Administration Bureau was subordinate to Hetian road.
