Historical evolution
Zhongshan region was first recorded in history in the Eastern Han Dynasty. It is recorded in volume 11 of biography of Bing yuan in Wei Shu of the three kingdoms that Bing yuan, a famous scholar of Central Plains in the Eastern Han Dynasty, once avoided chaos in Liaodong and "wanted to go back to his hometown and stop at three mountains". That is to say, after living in Liaoyang (Xiangping) for more than ten years, Bing yuan stayed in "Sanshan" for several years when he returned to Shandong. "Sanshan" is named after Sanshan island outside the mouth of Dalian Bay. In those days, "Sanshan" generally refers to the mainland on the other side of Sanshan Island, including today's Zhongshan area, which is the earliest name of Zhongshan area. In the early Tang Dynasty, Zhongshan area was called "sanshanpu". During the early Tang Dynasty's expedition to Koguryo to recover Northeast China, the Tang army had stored grain and ordnance on Sanshan island to prepare for the capture of Beisha city in Daheishan. To Tang Zhenguan years, Zhongshan area known as "qingnipu.". In Ming Dynasty, Zhongshan area was called "qingni island". The Zhongshan area is also known as "sanshanhaikou" in the early Qing Dynasty. The inscription on the reconstruction stele of Songshan temple in the ninth year of Tongzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty (June 1870) has the words "qingniwa", the capital of the Qing Dynasty, Fengtian County, Jinzhou County, xilu'an community. It can be seen that Zhongshan area was called "qingniwa" at that time. The source of the study is low-lying area near the sea. There is a large amount of silt on the beach. The boatman looks green and black to the land, so it is named. In 1898, Russia forced the lease of Dalian and named the leased land "Guandong Prefecture". "State" is the administrative division of the Russian frontier region, which is at the same level as the province. On August 11, 1899, Czar Nicholas II ordered the construction of commercial ports and cities in qingniwa. The name of the city is "dalini". In May 1902, the Czar changed dalini into a special city, and set up the city hall, the City Council, the port authority, the police department and other governing bodies. At that time, the city was divided into urban and suburban areas. There are European district (between now 27 square and Friendship Square), administrative district (to the north of Shengli Bridge Railway) and Chinese district (now Beijing street); the suburbs are divided into Laohutan district and Shahekou District. Tiger Beach includes siergou, dalingqian, zhuanshantun, Bangchui Island, Fujiazhuang and tiger beach. The city hall is located in the center of the administrative district, which is the former site of Dalian natural history museum. After the end of the Russo Japanese War, Japan occupied Dalian instead of Russia, established a military and political office, and carried out cruel colonial rule. On the basis of Russian urban planning, the Japanese ruling authorities constantly revised the urban planning area from 14.5 square kilometers to 170 square kilometers. At the same time, we continue to expand the port, build roads, build amusement parks and open up bathing beaches. In February 1905, the Japanese authorities renamed dalini city Dalian. During the period of Japanese rule in Dalian, the ruling institutions changed several times. In September 1906, the Yamen of Dalian civil affairs department was set up in the north of Nipponbashi (now Shengli Bridge). After September 1915, the Japanese ruling authorities carried out the "city system" rule over Dalian urban area, and "urban residents' autonomy", that is, there were a number of towns and streets to form blocks. Today, Zhongshan area generally belongs to the East Dalian area. The rural areas in Zhongshan area generally belong to Lingqian society and Laohutan society. There are villages and streets under the association, with village and street leaders to manage daily affairs.
