The Western Zhou Dynasty (about 11 century B.C. - 771 B.C.) belongs to the capital city.
The Eastern Zhou Dynasty (770-256 BC) belonged to Jin Dynasty in the spring and Autumn period. In the 10th year of Duke Wu of Qin Dynasty (688 BC), Qin conquered Yingrong and set up Xiaying county to the north of Weihe River. The county was governed by Guxian village near Guxian town. The next year, it set up Zheng county, which governs the south of Weihe River. During the Warring States period, Weinan belonged to Wei first. It was dedicated to Qin in the fifth year of emperor Xiang of Wei (314 BC), and Liyi was set up in the 16th year of emperor Zheng of Qin (231 BC), which governed the area south of Weihe River.
In the Qin Dynasty (221-206 BC), Liyi was to the south of Weihe River, and Xiaying was to the north of Weihe River. In the 27th year of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty (220 BC), internal history was set up, governing Liyi and Xiaying. At this time, there was Lianshao County in the north. According to the records of Geography in Hanshu, it should belong to the internal history.
In the first year of emperor Gaozu of the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC), Xiang Yu marched into Guanzhong and granted Sima Xin the title of king of the frontier. He was in Liyang. Liyi and Xiaying once belonged to them, and Lianshao also belonged to them. In the second year (205 BC), Weinan and Heshang counties were set up in the Han Dynasty. Zheng and Liyi belong to Weinan county and Lianshao to Heshang county. Nine years ago (198 B.C.) two counties were withdrawn and the internal history was restored. In July, 197 BC, Liyi was renamed Xinfeng. In the sixth year of Jianyuan (135 B.C.), the history of fennei is about. Xinfeng, Zheng and Xiaying belong to youneishi and Lianshao to zuoneshi. Xinfeng and Xiaying belong to jingzhaoyin in Zheng county and zuofengyi in Lianshao county. In this year, the county of qiezheng and xinfengdi set up the county of Mishan. From the first year of the founding of Xinmang to the fourth year of Dihuang (9-23 years), houchenglie county was established, which belonged to Xinfeng, Xiaying and Lianshao counties.
In the 15th year of Jianwu (39th year) of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Xiaying was incorporated into Zheng county, belonging to jingzhaoyin; Lianshao belonged to zuofengyi.
