Daguan County Daguan County, subordinate to Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, is located in the northeast of Yunnan Province, the hinterland of Zhaotong area. It is located between 103.43'e-104.07'e and 27.36'n-28.15'n. Daguan county is located in the hinterland of Zhaotong, and has always been an important transportation road of Yunnan and Sichuan. It was the place where Li (Yonghe) and LAN (Chaoding) peasant movements started their uprising. There are overlapping mountains and "Five Rivers" running through the territory, rich in water conservancy, mineral resources and native products. Fresh bamboo shoots and Cuihua tea are local specialties, rich in high-quality flue-cured tobacco. Eucommia ulmoides is popular throughout the country, and is one of the raw lacquer base counties in Yunnan Province.
On December 6, 2019, it was selected as the pilot unit of promoting the quality improvement of farmers' cooperatives in the whole county.

Historical evolution
Xia and Shang belonged to Liangzhou and Zhou to doudidian. After Qin Shihuang unified China in 221 B.C., Daguan was the jurisdiction of Qin Shu County; in the sixth year of Jianyuan (135 B.C.), the county belonged to Zhuti County, Qianwei capital; in the second year of Yuanfeng (109 A.D.), it belonged to Zhuti County, Qianwei south; in the first year of Yongchu (107 A.D.), it belonged to Zhuti County; in the ninth year of Jian'an (214 A.D.), it set up Zhuti County on the basis of Qianwei's original vassal state; in Jianxing County, it belonged to Zhuti county In the third year (225), "Zhuti County of Shuhan led Zhuti County, Hanyang County, Tanglang County, Nanchang County and Nanguang County, governed Zhuti county". In 618, the first year of Wude of Tang Dynasty, Xiezhou was set up, leading Dongan, Xi'an and Hujin counties. Xi'an county is located in shuanghechang old street, Qinglong Township, Daguan County; Hujin county is located in huoshaozhai, Tianxing Township, Daguan county. This is the beginning of the establishment of the county. Later, from Xiezhou, it was divided into two counties: tongjingchuan county and fenxie county. At the time of Nanzhao in Tang Dynasty, the county is now under the jurisdiction of Tuodong Jiedu. In the Song Dynasty, Dali County belonged to Wumeng. In the 15th year of the reign of emperor Shizu of the Yuan Dynasty (1278), Wumeng road was subordinate to Yunnan Province. Wumeng Road (now Zhaotong) governed Guihua prefecture (now Daguan county) and tuliao Chief Secretary (now Yanjin County). At this time, the county belonged to Guihua Prefecture of Wumeng Road, Yunnan Province. Soon after, Wumeng road was changed into Wumeng military and civilian general office, and later into Wumeng military and civilian Xuanfu department. In the first month of the 16th year of Hongwu (1383), Wumeng three prefectures were under the jurisdiction of Sichuan buzhengshi. In 1727, the fifth year of Yongzheng reign of the Qing Dynasty, the two prefectures of Wumeng and Zhenxiong were under the jurisdiction of Yunnan Province, and the county was under the jurisdiction of Wumeng Prefecture of Yunnan Province. In the sixth year of Yongzheng reign, daguanting was set up and Tongtan was stationed there. it was renamed Daguan in 1913. At first, it belonged to Dianzhong Road, then abandoned Road, and directly belonged to the province. In the sixth year of the Republic of China, 14 townships were set up north of Lishan.
