History of construction
Jiangkou region was first formed in the spring and Autumn period and Warring States period, belonging to Chu and Qianzhong.
The Warring States period belongs to Yiling County, Qianzhong County of Qin Dynasty.
In the fifth year of emperor Gaozu of Han Dynasty (202 BC), Qianzhong County of Qin Dynasty was changed into Wuling County, which belongs to Wuyang County of Wuling county.
Wang Mang founded a new country and changed Wuling County into Jianping County.
In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Wuling county was renamed as Wuling county. There was no Chenyang County in it. Jiangkou belonged to Chenyang county.
During the period of Liu Song, from 454 to Qi, Jiangkou still belonged to Chenyang county.
In the first year of Liang Tianjian (502) of the Southern Dynasty, Xiao Yan was called emperor, and the state name was Liang. Jiangkou belonged to Jianchang County, Nanyang County, Wuzhou. In the first year of Chen Yongding (557), Chen Baxian was called emperor and the state name was "Chen". Jianchang County was abolished and Jiangkou belonged to Nanyang County.
In the first year of Emperor Wen of the Sui Dynasty, Nanyang County was abolished and Shouzhou was established. In the 18th year (598), Shouzhou was changed into Chongzhou. At the beginning of Daye, Chongzhou was abandoned and its land was changed into Yuanling County. Jingren county was abandoned into Chenxi County. Jiangkou belonged to Chenxi County of Yuanling County.
In the third year of Tianbao in Tang Dynasty (744), Jiangkou belonged to chenshui County, which was subordinate to Chongzhou. In later Tang Dynasty, Jiangkou belonged to Shuqian Prefecture.
In the fifth year of Tianfu (940), the emperor Gaozu of the later Jin Dynasty, Zhang Wanjun, the leader of juanman, led Siyi and other states to Chu, and Jiangkou belonged to chusizhou.
During the period of Southern Tang Dynasty, when he attacked Chu, the king of Chu, Ma Xi, descended, Jiangkou belonged to Southern Tang Dynasty.
In the second year of Shaoxing (1132), Emperor Gaozong of Song Dynasty divided Jinghu road into the north and south of Jinghu road. The North Road led Yuanzhou and Qingzhou, and Jiangkou belonged to Mayang County of Yuanzhou. In the eighth year of Chunxi (1181), Yang Zaixi led his son Zheng Qiang to lead the soldiers to develop Shengxi, zhouluo, Tongren and Xiaojiang.

In the 20th year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (1414), it was transferred to Tongren Prefecture and extended to the Qing Dynasty.
In the fifth year of Yongzheng reign of Qing Dynasty (1727), "changing the land to flow", there was one provincial Limu, who was stationed in Dajiangkou (now Shuangjiang town). In 1880, cen Yuying, the governor of Guizhou Province, was appointed by the Qing government. Tongren County was transferred to Dajiangkou, which became the county government.
In 1913, Tongren Prefecture was changed into Tongren County, and Tongren County, which was originally located in Dajiangkou, was renamed Jiangkou county. Twelve years (1923) abandoned Road, all counties are Zhili Province. Twenty four years (1935), the province set up administrative supervision district, Jiangkou county is the ninth administrative supervision district, the office of the Commissioner in Tongren. After that, the number of administrative supervision district was changed, but the system remained unchanged. The villages under the jurisdiction of the county were slightly adjusted, but the basic pattern remained unchanged until 1949.
