Evolution of organizational system
Hanyin county was first seen in the annals of Hanyin county (1585) in the Ming Dynasty. In the past, it can only be traced back according to the existing historical data. County changes from large to small.
From the 13th year of gengyuan, King Huiwen of Qin Dynasty to the end of Qin Dynasty (312-206 BC), Xicheng county was bounded by Xunyang in the East and became a solid place in the West. It has jurisdiction over Shiquan, Hanyin, Ankang, Ziyang, Langao, Pingli and Zhenping counties and parts of Ningshan.
From the beginning of Han Dynasty to the 12th year of Jian'an (206-207 BC), Anyang County was formed by the combination of Xicheng and Chenggu. According to shuijingzhu: "the county government is in the east of Chenggu County". According to the general annals of Shaanxi in 1781, Huangjin county was established in Anyang County during the Three Kingdoms period. It can be seen that Anyang County is governed by the present Hanyin and Shiquan counties and some areas of Yang County, Foping County, Xixiang County and Ningshan county.
Anyang County, which was reestablished by Emperor Wen of the Wei Dynasty from the second year of the early yellow Dynasty to the first year of Jianwu of the Eastern Jin Dynasty (221-317), had a smaller jurisdiction because it was occupied by Shu to the west of Shiquan at that time, and another golden county was set up, only Hanyin and Shiquan counties, northwest of Ziyang and southeast of Ningshan. In the first year of Taikang (280), Anyang County was renamed Ankang county.
From the first year of Jianwu in the Eastern Jin Dynasty to the third year of liangtianjian (317-504) in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, Changle County was set up in the west of Ankang County, and its jurisdiction was narrowed, including only Hanyin County, Southeast Shiquan County and northwest Ziyang County. Ankang county was divided into Ningdu county and Ankang County in song, Qi and Liang dynasties of the Southern Dynasty.
From the fourth year of Liang Tianjian to the first year of Wang Tianzheng in Liang Yuzhang (505-551), Liangzhou was occupied by the Northern Wei Dynasty. It was divided into Ankang County, Zhicheng county (now Chihe) and Hanyang county (now Hanwang city). At this time, Ankang and Ningdu counties only governed today's Hanyin county and the south of Shiquan. After that, the two counties merged into Ankang county and renamed Ningdu County, but the jurisdiction remained unchanged.
From the first year of the abolition of the emperor to the sixth year of Dali (552-771), Guangcheng and Hanyang counties were abolished and incorporated into Ningdu county. At this time, the area is now Ziyang, Hanyin and the south of Shiquan. After that, Ningdu county was renamed Ankang county and Hanyin County, and its jurisdiction remained unchanged.
From the sixth year of Dali to the first year of Yongzhen (771-805) in Tang Dynasty, Shiquan County was abolished and incorporated into Hanyin county because of its small population. Jurisdiction for the present Hanyin, Shiquan, Ziyang three counties.
From the first year of Yongzhen in Tang Dynasty to the end of Southern Song Dynasty (805-1279), Shiquan was separated and reestablished. Hanyin county is now under the jurisdiction of Hanyin and Ziyang counties. Until the early Yuan Dynasty, Hanyin county was abolished and its jurisdiction was incorporated into Jinzhou.
Hanyin county was restored in the second year of the Yuan Dynasty to the tenth year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1342-1377). In 1377, Hanyin county was abolished and merged into Shiquan County.
From the fifth year of Yongle to the seventh year of Zhengde (1407-1512) in Ming Dynasty, Hanyin county was reestablished, and its jurisdiction is still Hanyin and Ziyang County.
From the seventh year of Zhengde in the Ming Dynasty to the 47th year of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty (1512-1782), Ziyang County was set up in the southeast corner of Hanyin. According to the annals of Hanyin Hall of Jiaqing and the annals of Hanyin County of the Republic of China, the county is 105 Li from the east to the west, 470 Li from the south to the north, 380 Li from the southeast to the northwest and 460 Li from the southwest to the northeast.
