Evolution of organizational system
According to the research of cultural relics unearthed from ancient sites, as early as 4000 BC, Chengde County has been inhabited, lived and multiplied. In ancient times, it was called luanyang, and in Mongolian, it was called "Harun Gaolu" and translated into Chinese as "Rehe".
