Tanghe County, belonging to Nanyang City, Henan Province, is located in the southwest of Henan Province, at the junction of Henan and Hubei provinces. It is close to Wancheng District of Nanyang City in the west, Zaoyang City of Hubei Province in the south, Tongbai County and Zhumadian City in the East, Biyang County and Sheqi County in the north.
