It is the first listed cooperation Park in the province and has become a platform for cooperation and exchange between the two cities, a base for industrial expansion and a window for opening and innovation.
Brief introduction of the park
According to the development strategy of revitalizing the north of Anhui Province by Anhui provincial Party committee and government, Ma'anshan City and Suzhou City are determined to cooperate in pairs. On May 14, 2011, Ma'anshan modern industrial park in Suzhou was officially established. Park Planning
The planned area of Ma'anshan Economic Zone in Suzhou is 50 square kilometers (including 35 square kilometers built-up area from 2011 to 2030). The economic zone takes Bianhe River as the center, with the north and south banks on the west side of the high-speed railway as the main development zone (24 square kilometers), and the South and North banks on the east side of the high-speed railway as the supporting development zone (26 square kilometers). the Management Committee of the economic zone shoulders two functions: the construction of the new high-speed railway city and the construction of the industrial economic zone; and the development of the new urban area is driven by industry. Adhere to high standard planning, high starting point construction, and focus on ecological, scientific and technological, and export-oriented industries. in terms of spatial planning, the park advocates the construction of a compact city and a gradient group structure, forming the overall spatial layout of "one center, one axis, one belt and six parks". "One heart" is the core business area in front of the station, the geographical center of the whole industrial park, the portal display area, and the public center of the industrial park; "one axis" is the development axis on both sides of Honghe Road, "one belt" is the new Bianhe tourism and residential belt, "six parks" are the agricultural products and food processing park, Suxiang high tech Industrial Park, zhongkeyun smart Industrial Park, small and medium-sized enterprise entrepreneurship Park, and photoelectric materials park Industrial Park, machinery and equipment manufacturing industrial park. Taking the six parks as the platform, we will actively build a "2 + 2" industrial plan, mainly developing two leading industries of agricultural products and food deep processing, information and optoelectronic materials, and two auxiliary industries of mechanical equipment manufacturing and business logistics, so as to create economic power with multiple functions.
Scope of the park
Now it is entrusted to some towns and townships in Yongqiao district (Eastern New Town Administration Committee, HaoGou Township, miao'an township), covering an area of 253 square kilometers and with a population of 150000. The six dimensional transportation system extends in all directions, Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway runs through the north and the south, and Suhuai railway runs across the East and West.
