Historical evolution
The origin of place names
The name of Yima City comes from the name of Yima village. Yima village was originally named Yima village. There are many kinds of hemp growing in the east of the village, which is called dongma land. Yima village is named after hemp. It is said that when the flood reached the old locust tree, three white horses went up to meet the flood, turned into three white dragons, forced the river back, and saved the village. Later, it was said that "Yima saved the village". People built a Bailong temple under the tree to offer sacrifices to Huaishen. From then on, the name of the village gradually evolved into Yima. The name of Yima village was gradually replaced.
History of construction
Before Sui Dynasty, Yima City was under the jurisdiction of Xin'an County.
Xin'an County was set up in Qin Dynasty and lasted for Han, Jin, southern and Northern Dynasties and Sui dynasties.
In 527, Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty established xixin'an.
In the first year of Daye of Sui Dynasty (605), Xin'an in the West was under the jurisdiction of Mianchi County. In the 12th year of Daye (616), Mianchi County moved to Dawu City, and later Xin'an old city became Xin'an post.
Ming and Qing Dynasties, Mianchi County.
In the early years of the Republic of China, the Qing system was followed. In 1913, it belonged to Yuxi Road.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Yima City was divided into the third district of Mianchi County (the district government set Duzhong) and the fourth district (the district government set Rencun).
In 1951, Mianchi County added Qianqiu as the seventh district, which governs all areas of Yima City.
On April 4, 1981, with the approval of the State Council, Yima City was established in Yima mining area, which was managed by Luoyang administrative office.
In 1986, Luoyang administrative office was abolished and Yima City was entrusted to Sanmenxia City.
Division evolution
During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Mianchi County was divided into 30 Li and then 25 Li. The villages of Yima City belong to dongyili (Shihe, Lizhao, Maling and peicun), dongerli (Fucun, Shimen and Maoling), dongsanli (Qianqiu, sanshilipu, Hekou, Lianggou and erxianwa) and nanerli (Yima, Changcun, Chengcun, Huocun, Shifo and Fanggou).
In 1931, Mianchi County was divided into six districts. The villages and towns in Yima City belong to the third district (Duzhong is set up by the district government) and the fourth district (Rencun is set up by the district government). In the 25th year of the Republic of China (1936), the original three and four districts of Mianchi County were merged into the new two districts (the district office set up Changcun), which governs most areas of Yima City. In 1942, Mianchi County was divided into 11 townships. Each village in Yima City belongs to Changcun Township and Qianqiu town.
In 1956, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged. Yima belonged to Qianqiu Town, Mianchi County, and some areas (Shifo area) belonged to Hongyang Central Township.
In 1958, it realized communization.
In 1963, Qianqiu people's commune was established. In December of the same year, Yima, Changcun and sanshilipu were set up to form Yima town.
In 1968, Qianqiu commune and Yima town merged into Yima commune.
In July 1970, Yima mining area was established. It has 20 brigades including Shifo, Mazhuang, Nanhe, Changcun, Hekou, Miaoyuan, Chengcun, Wanzi, Huocun, Yima, Qianqiu, Lizhao, ershipu, Maling, peicun, Guozhuang, Fucun, Shimen, Lianggou and sanshilipu. They are Qianqiu commune, Changcun commune and Yima town.
Yima City was founded in 1981, with two townships (Changcun Township and Qianqiu township) and four townships (Xinyi street, Chaoyang Road, Changcun road and Qianqiu Road).
In 1982, with the approval of the higher authorities, new urban areas were built in peicun and Maling of Qianqiu township.
In April 1985, the municipal government moved from the East construction site to the new urban area, and the urban area gradually took shape.
In 1995, Qianqiu township was removed from the township and built into a town.
In 1996, Changcun township was removed from the township and built into a town.
In 1998, Taishan Road was established.
In 2006, the city has jurisdiction over the new district and the East District, and Qianqiu Road, Chaoyang Road, Changcun Road, Xinyi street and Taishan Road.
administrative division
In 2019, Yima City governs 7 streets, including Qianqiu Road, Chaoyang Road, Xinyi street, Changcun Road, Taishan Road, Xinqu street and Dongqu street. Yima municipal government is located in Qianqiu road street.
geographical environment
geographical position
Yima City is located in the west of Henan Province. In the south, West, North and northeast, Yima City is successively connected with xiaopotou, zhangdachi, ducungou, Tani, Zhanggou, cuimen, Diwu, Meiyaogou, Duancun, fakeling, Xuzhuang, Yichang, Baohou, Hukeng, Wuzhuang and Chenzhuang villages in Mianchi County. In the southeast, Yima City is adjacent to tiemen in Xin'an County and Yanzhen in Yiyang County. It is between 34 ° 42 ′ - 34 ° 46 ′, 111 ° 50 ′ 47 ″ - 111 ° 50 ′ 49 ″ e, starting from huangjianpo in the East and tanidong River in the west, with a total area of 112 square kilometers. It is 183 kilometers away from Zhengzhou, the provincial capital, in the East and 65 kilometers away from Sanmenxia in the West.
geological structure
Yima, located in the core of Mianchi syncline, is mainly composed of Mesozoic and Cenozoic strata.
Coalfield geology
The coalfield geology presents an asymmetric and incomplete near East-West syncline structure, and most of the coalfields are located in the north wing of the syncline. East West fault zone and syncline: the strata from Archean to Cenozoic are involved in linear fold together, and some of them are reversed with syncline, forming large scale and strong compression, forming anticline structure. The faults in the south wing of the syncline cut and gradually increased from east to west. The East-West structural system controlled the Paleozoic to Mesozoic coal measures strata in Xin'an, Mianchi and Shanxian areas, with terrigenous clastic deposits and coastal land intersecting Formation coal sources. The coal bearing strata in Yima coalfield belong to the lower Jurassic, which is composed of clastic rock, argillaceous rock and coal. According to the rock series combination, it can be divided into four sections from top to bottom.
Bottom gravel rock section: the thickness varies greatly, ranging from 0 m to 46.4 m, which is located at the bottom of the formation and is generally developed as the direct floor of 2-3 coal.
Lower coal section: the thickness is 0 m to 64.44 m, which is a set of muddy sediments alternating with river, lakeside and delta. This section contains three coal seams: 2-1 coal, 2-2 coal and 2-3 coal. 2-1 coal seam is generally developed in the whole area, with stable horizon, and is the main minable coal seam of Yima formation. The thickness of 2-3 coal is 0 m to 25.6 m, generally about 10 m. 2-2 coal is only found in the west of the coalfield, which is basically minable. The deep three layers of coal are merged into one layer.
Mudstone section: generally 19.13m thick, gray black mudstone, which is the main sign of coal field. The upper coal is denuded and incomplete, generally 15.17 meters thick, mainly composed of fine sandstone and siltstone, with two coal bearing layers (1-1 and 1-2 coal), only developed in the western part of the coalfield. 1-1 coal is 0.84-2.4 meters thick, generally about 1.8 meters thick, 1-2 coal is 0.8-2.6 meters thick, generally about 2 meters thick.
Yima coalfield: it is a Mesozoic coalfield. The coal bearing strata are Yima formation of early and Middle Jurassic about 180 million years ago. Yima coalfield is a transition coal from lignite to long flame coal, which is determined as long flame coal due to long flame coal. The coal is black, with asphaltene luster, mostly cubic joints, and occurs in massive or small blocks. It is easy to self ignite when it is piled up at 268-270 ℃. Generally, the period of self ignition is one month. The moisture content is 6.1% to 8.26%, ash content is 17.18% to 19.66%, volatile content is 37.4% to 43.4%, y value of gum layer is 0, calorific value is 23.8 MJ, sulfur content is 0.21% to 3.34%, oxidized humic acid is 13.23%, and light transmittance is 56.1%.
Water level geology
Faults are well developed in the strata, but the water content is not strong. The tertiary marl aquifers in the aquifers are distributed discontinuously and cover the underlying strata in the form of angular unconformity. The karst caves and fissures are relatively developed, with medium water yield and 0-50.8m thick. The water yield of pore phreatic aquifer in Quaternary sand gravel layer is weak to medium, and that of other aquifers is weak. Yima hydrogeology is simple to medium type. It belongs to Xin'an hydrogeological unit, with weak water yield and poor groundwater resources.
topographic features
Yima City is located in the west of Henan shallow hilly area, the territory of ups and downs, ravines. With the trend of mountains and rivers, the terrain is high in the north and low in the south, high in the West and low in the East, and the terrain inclines from north to south, which belongs to the extension zone of Xiaoshan mountain. There are two East-West mountains in the north and south of the urban area. In the north are Yanmei mountain and Nanping mountain, which are the branches of Shaoshan mountain. They pass through the northern border of the urban area, with the highest altitude of 739 meters. In the south, they are in gentle slope shape, with exposed rock strata in the shallow hilly area. Most of them are barren mountains, and the land in the slope farming area is relatively barren. The land in the south is rich and beautiful, and rises abruptly from the valley to the south
