Luozhuang District Luozhuang District, belonging to Linyi City, Shandong Province, is located in the south of Shandong Province. It is adjacent to Lanshan District in the north, Hedong District and Linyi Economic Development Zone across the Yihe River in the East, Linyi high tech Zone in the west, Cangshan County in the West and south, and Tancheng County in the southeast. The land area of the administrative region is 568.55 square kilometers. Luozhuang district is one of the important parts of Linyi central city and an important transportation hub in southern Shandong and Northern Jiangsu. Beijing Shanghai Expressway and national highway 206 run from north to south, linzao Expressway and Linlan Expressway from east to west, Yanshi railway from north to north, Jiangquan viaduct road from north to north of Linyi New District and Lanshan main urban area, Qufu Linyi high speed railway is approved to be built; it is 10 kilometers away from Linyi airport, 2 hours to Guangzhou Shenzhen, 1 hour to Beijing Shanghai; it is only 100 kilometers away from Rizhao, Lanshan and Lianyungang ports Km, 150 km from Qingdao port. History of construction
During the Western Zhou Dynasty (1046-771 BC), the king of Zhou, who destroyed the Shang Dynasty, carried out the system of enfeoffment. Luozhuang district belongs to the "fiefs" of Lu and tan. Qiyang City, zhuqiu city and Zhongqiu city are the place names of "fief".
In the spring and Autumn period (770-476 B.C.), following the enfeoffment system of the Western Zhou Dynasty, this area was still the "fiefdom" of the Qing officials of the state of Lu (the state of Tan had become a vassal state of Lu). After the middle period, the state of Lu was monopolized by Sanhuan, and the land and people of the government were divided up.
During the Warring States period (475-221 B.C.), the system of monarchical centralization and the system of enfeoffment of food cities were carried out. In the early days, the state of Lu carried out the policy of "using land tax" by AI Gong Ji Kangzi. After Qin Shangyang's reform, he imitated the monarchical centralization of the state of Qin and set up Kaiyang County in this area. Luozhuang district belongs to Kaiyang County of the state of Lu. After Chu destroyed Yue and Lu, the vast area of Jiangbei became the territory of Chu, and Xiangben county was set up in Changcheng (now Changcheng Town of Cangshan County). During the Qin Dynasty (221-207 BC), after Qin unified China, the whole country abolished the enfeoffment system and carried out the system of prefectures and counties. Tan county and its subordinate Qiyang County were set up in this area. Luozhuang district belongs to Qiyang County of Tan county.
In the Western Han Dynasty (206-8 BC), the system of county and state was implemented, under which there were counties. Emperor Gao of the Han Dynasty changed Tan county into Donghai County, with jurisdiction over 38 counties including Tan, Lanling, Xiangben and Qiyang. Luozhuang district belongs to Xiangben county and Qiyang County of Donghai County. During the reign of emperor Jing of the Han Dynasty, Kaiyang County was restored in order to avoid emperor Jing's taboo. In the fifth year of Yuanfeng (106 BC), Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty set up the Department of governor of Xuzhou, and set up Linyi County in Zhuge city in the north of Kaiyang County. Luozhuang district belongs to Xiangben county and Kaiyang County in Donghai County.
In the Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220 years), the county system of the Western Han Dynasty was followed. In the 17th year of Jianwu (41st year), Langya county was changed to Langya state (the capital was established in Ju). In the fifth year of the founding of the people's Republic of China (80 years), the capital was moved to Kaiyang city. The district is located in Kaiyang County of Langya state of Xuzhou and Tan county of Donghai County. In 188, the governor Department of Xuzhou was changed to Xuzhou, forming a three-level system of state, county (state) and county. At the beginning of Jin Dynasty, Donghai state was changed into Donghai County again. At the time of emperor Hui of Jin Dynasty, Donghai County was changed into Donghai state again. However, the old system of the Three Kingdoms seems to be followed. The area belongs to Kaiyang County of Langya state and Tan county of Donghai state.
During the Eastern Jin Dynasty and the Sixteen States (317-420), the old system of the Western Jin Dynasty was used in the early stage of the Eastern Jin Dynasty. However, after the separation of the "Wuhu Sixteen States", Luozhuang district was once under the jurisdiction of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, Houyan, Nanyan and the Northern Wei Dynasty. There was no great change in the division, and it still belonged to Kaiyang County of Langya state and Tan county of Donghai state.
During the period of the southern and Northern Dynasties (420-589), at the beginning, the forces of the southern dynasties developed here and implemented the three-level system of state, county and county. In the Liu Song Dynasty, Xuzhou was restored, Langya county was restored, Kaiyang County and Linyi County were abolished, and Jiqiu county was merged. Luozhuang district is located in Langya County of Xuzhou.
During the Sui Dynasty (581-618), the centralization of power was strengthened, the local administrative organs were simplified, and the two-level system of prefecture and county was implemented. In the third year of kaihuang (583), the prefectures were abolished and the counties were directly controlled by prefectures. Kaihuang 16 years (596 years), that is, hill county, another Linyi County. During the reign of emperor Yang, Yizhou was transformed into Langya county. In the first year of Daye (605), the province, namely Qiu county, was merged into Linyi County. Luozhuang district belongs to Linyi County, Langya county.
The Tang Dynasty (618-907) followed the two-level system of state and county in the Sui Dynasty. In the fourth year of Wude (621), Linyi County was set up in Lanshan county (the site is in lanshantun village of today's chudun town) and Changle County (the site is in Chengzhuang area of today's Gaodu sub district office). In 623, Lanshan county and Changle County were abolished and merged into Linyi County. In the first year of Zhenguan (627), Dao was set as the highest administrative division, forming a three-level system of Dao, Zhou and county. Luozhuang district belongs to Linyi County, Henan Province.
During the Northern Song Dynasty and Liao Dynasty (960-1127), in order to eliminate the local separatist forces, the early Song Dynasty set up a new system of general judgment on the local governments and prefectures to restrain the powers of the prefectures and prefectures. In the third year of Zhidao (997), the whole country was divided into 15 roads, and this area was under the jurisdiction of Jingdong road. During the reign of Xining (1068-1077), it was divided into Jingdong West Road and Jingdong East Road (governing Qingzhou), and the three-level system of road, state and county was implemented. Luozhuang district is located in Linyi County, Yizhou, East Jingdong road.
In the Southern Song Dynasty and Jin Dynasty (1127-1279), the local administrative divisions were similar to those in the Northern Song Dynasty. In 1168, jindading changed Jingdong road to Shandong Road (governing Qingzhou). Luozhuang district is located in Linyi County, Yizhou, Shandong east road.
During the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368), Kublai Khan established a set of administrative organs to govern the whole country in order to consolidate the centralization of power. The central government established the Provincial Library of China to manage the administrative affairs of the whole country. In the local establishment of xingzhongshu Province, referred to as Xingsheng, but Shandong directly under the Zhongshu Province, known as "belly". Under the provincial level, there are roads, prefectures (prefectures) and counties, and the four level system of provinces, roads, prefectures (prefectures) and counties is implemented. During the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), the local administrative organs followed the yuan system. In the first year of Hongwu (1368), Linyi County was incorporated into Yizhou (Sanzhou, still at the county level). In 1376, the ninth year of Hongwu ordered that Zhongshu province should be changed into Chengxuan Department of political envoys. The whole country was divided into 13 departments of political envoys and 2 departments of Zhili. The general secretary is divided into two levels: the prefecture level (Zhili prefecture) and the county level (prefecture level). The road level will be abolished and the provincial, government and county level system will be implemented. Hongwu eighteen years (1385) began to belong to Yanzhou Prefecture. During the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), the local administrative organs basically followed the Ming system, only adding a level of Dao below the province, implementing the four level system of province, Dao, government and county. In the south of Shandong Province, Yanyi Caoji road was set up, leading Yanzhou, Yizhou, Caozhou and Jining. In 1724, Yizhou was promoted to Zhili Prefecture, and in 1734, Yizhou was promoted to Fu, with guolanshan county (the same territory as the original Sanzhou). Luozhuang district is located in Lanshan County, Yizhou Prefecture, Caoji Road, Yanyi, Shandong Province.
In the early days of the Republic of China, the administrative organs were in chaos. After the establishment of the Beiyang government, it ordered to abolish the prefectures and prefectures, set up a new level of Dao between the provinces and counties, and implemented the three-level system of province, Dao and county. In 1913, Lanshan county was changed to Linyi County. Luozhuang district belongs to Chu Qiaobao and Liu Zhuangbao in Jining Road, Linyi County and Tancheng County of Shandong Province.

After the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War, the Communist Party of China led the people to carry out the Anti Japanese and national salvation struggle, and Luozhuang District became the birthplace of Yimeng red culture. In May 1938, the CPC Lintan County Committee was established in Sanchong Village (now belonging to Fuzhuang street of Luozhuang District), and soon after that, the County Youth League Headquarters of Lintan youth salvation League was established in dadingzhuang (now belonging to Tangzhuang street of Luozhuang District).
On September 11, 1945, Linyi city was liberated. In mid October, the CPC Linyi County Committee and Linyi County government were re established in Linyi city. Luozhuang district is located in Linyi County, Binhai District of East China Bureau, and Zhaoyi County, Lunan district. There are Zhuchen District, ceshan District, two districts (Yitang) and twelve districts (chudun) of Zhaoyi county.
In October 1947, Linxi County was established in the west of Yihe River and the south of Yihe River. Luozhuang district belongs to Linxi County and Cangshan County of the third special department of Lunan District of East China Bureau. There is Linxi in the territory
