Historical evolution
Mount Zhushan, formerly known as Lima mountain, was named after Wu Rui, the emperor of Qin Dynasty.
In the spring and Autumn period, it belonged to the eastern territory of Chu and the Qin Dynasty, which was the land of fan County in Jiujiang county.

In the early Qing Dynasty, the Ming Dynasty was followed. In 1682, the government of Fuliang County and Jingdezhen still belonged to Raozhou Prefecture.
In 1914, the whole province was divided into four roads, and Fuliang was Xunyang road.
In 1926, Tao was abolished and counties were directly under the jurisdiction of the province.
In 1932, Jiangxi Province was divided into 13 administrative regions, and Fuliang County was the fourth.
In 1935, Jiangxi Province was divided into eight administrative regions, and Fuliang County was the fifth administrative region. The hospital was moved from Poyang to Jingdezhen. Jingdezhen has always been under the jurisdiction of Fuliang County.
In April 1949, Jingdezhen was liberated and established, directly under the administrative office of Northeast Jiangxi. In September, Jingdezhen was changed into a county-level city, belonging to Leping district.
In June 1953, with the approval of the State Council of the people's Republic of China, Jingdezhen was a city under the jurisdiction of Jiangxi Province.
On March 14, 1970, Jingbei District of Jingdezhen City (the predecessor of Zhushan District) was set up, under which shishibu and Zhushan commune were administered.
