Acheng District Acheng District, subordinate to Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located 23 kilometers southeast of the downtown area of Harbin, covering an area of 2452 square kilometers. Acheng District belongs to the continental monsoon climate of cold temperate zone. The basic landform is "seven mountains, one water, two fields". The mountains in the East are emerald, and the plain in the west is broad and open. National and provincial trunk highways such as ha mu, ha Wu, ha Tong, and Chang Jiang Road, and railway trunk lines such as binsui railway, ha mu, ha Jia high-speed railway pass through the territory.

Historical evolution
Before the Qing Dynasty
Since the late Paleolithic age, about 10000 years ago, human beings have been working, living and reproducing in today's Ashe River Basin.
In the pre Qin period, Ashe River Basin was the place where Sushen people lived and lived.
From the middle of the Western Han Dynasty to the two Jin Dynasties, Sushen was renamed yilou and belonged to Fuyu state.
In the 17th year of Taihe in the Northern Wei Dynasty, Fuyu was expelled by Wuji people. Ashe river basin is the center of the activity of the Buji people in Anju.
In the middle of Tang Dynasty, Ashe River Basin belonged to Bohai kingdom. Later, it was destroyed by the Khitans.
From the rise of Qidan nationality to the establishment of Liao Dynasty, most of the nationalities in Heilongjiang Province were conquered by Liao Dynasty. In the turmoil, all the nationalities were divided and Nuzhen nationality appeared. In the fifth year of Tianqing reign of Yelu Yanxi, Emperor Tianzuo of Liao Dynasty, a Guda was called emperor, and the name of the state was Dajin. Huining, the capital, was built, which is now 4 Li south of Acheng City (Baicheng). It is the residence of ten thousand families of Han army.
During the reign of Emperor Shun of Yuan Dynasty, the former site of Huining house in Shangjing of Jin Dynasty was Zhenning Prefecture.
In the early Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Nur gandu division. In the late Ming Dynasty, the area around the former site of Huining house in Shangjing was a branch of Nuzhen Donge.
The Qing Dynasty
In the early Qing Dynasty, the former site of Huining house in Shangjing was called weng'elo city. In the first year of Shunzhi, after the Qing Dynasty moved its capital to Beijing, in order to resist foreign aggression and strengthen the development and rule of the northeast region, in the seventh year of Yongzheng, the assistant yamen moved to the new city, which is called alechuka. In the first year of Xuantong, the vice governor yamen was abolished and Acheng county was set up. The name of the county was simplified from Acheng county to Acheng county.
the Republic of China era
It was occupied by Japan in 1932 and belonged to Binjiang province of Manchuria. After the Anti Japanese victory in 1945, the democratic government of Acheng County in Songjiang province was established on October 27. On January 5, 1948, Acheng County democratic government was changed into Acheng county government.
After the founding of new China
In February 1987, with the approval of the State Council, the county was removed to build a city, which was managed by Harbin, the provincial capital.
In August 2006, with the approval of the State Council, Acheng District of Harbin was established. The former administrative region of Acheng (excluding Yongyuan town and Juyuan town) is the administrative region of Acheng District.
