Yingquan District, Yingquan District, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, was established in 1996, located in the central area of Fuyang. It connects Taihe County and Lixin County in the north to the northeast, Yingzhou district and Yingdong District in the south to the southeast, Jieshou City and Taihe County in the west to the northwest.
Yingquan district is the largest distance between 37.9 km, the largest distance from north to south is 28.5 km, and the total area of the area is 648 square kilometers. Up to four cities in 2014, two cities have two parks committees and a unified urban and rural pilot area. It is the former site of Ou Su and the famous District of huaisi. On April 29, 2019, Anhui Province approved Yingquan district to withdraw from the poverty-stricken counties.

The terrain is flat and tilts from northwest to Southeast. The natural geomorphology of Yingquan area belongs to flat type, which belongs to yellow pan flat type in accumulation plain according to its genesis, and basically belongs to a part of Yinghe yellow pan plain sub area. The geomorphic types are mainly flood gentle slope and a part of river gentle slope with thin yellow flood cover. The Bank of Yinghe river below Yinghe sluice belongs to Hongying River Plain sub region of Central River Plain. Because it is a low-lying area of yellow flood, flood disaster is easy to occur.
