Production steps:
Step 1: jiangmi soak in cold water for 3 hours in advance.
Step 2: after washing the lotus root, peel it off, cut it 1 cm from one end of the lotus root, and don't throw away the cut nodes.
Step 3: fill the lotus root hole with the soaked glutinous rice and poke it with chopsticks until it is full. Then fix the cut lotus root with toothpick.
Step 4: put the sealed lotus root into a large pot, put in rock sugar, brown sugar, pour in proper amount of water, cover the lotus root, boil over high heat, then turn to low heat for about 3-4 hours
Step 5: boil to about 3 hours when put jujube and wolfberry, put too early jujube and wolfberry easily broken.
Step 6: take out the boiled lotus root and slice it, sprinkle some sugar, osmanthus and honey.
