Feixi County Feixi County, subordinate to Hefei City, Anhui Province, is located in the central part of Anhui Province, southwest of Hefei City, east of Shushan district and Baohe District of Hefei City, facing Chaohu City across Chaohu Lake, west of Lu'an City, south of Shucheng county and Lujiang County along fengle River, north of Shouxian county and Changfeng County. Feixi County is named for its location in the west of Hefei. It is known as "the hometown of Huaijun, the hometown of flowers and trees, and the Pearl of Chaohu Lake". It is a sub central city in the southwest of the main urban area of Hefei. It is connected with the new lakeside District, High-tech Zone, economic development zone, Science City, and new administrative and Cultural District of Hefei. It is an important part of the construction of a modern central city of Hefei. Historical evolution
During the Shang and Zhou dynasties, Feixi was the place of Huaiyi. In the Western Zhou Dynasty, there were "Hufang" in the north, Qunshu tribe in the South and "Liuguo" in the West.
In the spring and Autumn period, Feixi was a place where Wu and Chu fought. During the Warring States period, it belonged to the state of Chu.
In the Qin Dynasty, there were 36 counties in the world, and Feixi belonged to Jiujiang county.
In the early Han Dynasty, Feixi belonged to Jiujiang kingdom of yingbu and Huainan kingdom of Liu Chang and Liu An. In 122 B.C. (the first year of Emperor Wu's Yuanshou), the world was divided into 13 states, Yangzhou to the south of the Huaihe River; the kingdom of Huainan was abolished and Jiujiang county was set up; counties were set up under the county, Hefei county to the southeast of Feixi and Chengde County to the Northwest. In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Feixi belonged to Hou state of Hefei and Chengde County.
During the Three Kingdoms period, Hefei and Chengde belonged to Huainan County of Wei state, and the governor of Yangzhou of Cao Wei was stationed in Hefei.
In the Western Jin Dynasty, Hefei and Chengde all belong to Huainan County of Yangzhou. In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, Chengde County was abandoned, and its land was divided into Shouxian county and Hefei county.
During the northern and Southern Dynasties, the northern and southern regimes occupied the Yangtze and Huaihe rivers repeatedly, and their ownership changed frequently, but Feixi mainly belonged to the Southern Dynasties.
In Song Dynasty, Hefei overseas Chinese set up Ruyin county and Ruyin County in South Henan Province. In Qi Dynasty, Hefei was still made in Song Dynasty. In the early Liang Dynasty, Hefei was occupied by the Northern Wei Dynasty. In 506, Hefei returned to Liang and successively established Yuzhou and southern Yuzhou. The counties were still under the system of Song Dynasty and Qi Dynasty. In the first year of Liang Taiqing (547), southern Yuzhou moved to Shouyang, and Hefei was changed into Hezhou, which governed the area from Hefei to Jiangbei. In the third year of the Qing Dynasty, Hezhou was occupied by the Eastern Wei Dynasty. In 573, Emperor Chen Xuandi joined Chen in Hezhou. The counties are still the same. After the abolition of Ruyin County, Ruyin county belongs to Hezhou Beichen county. In 579, Hezhou was occupied by the Northern Zhou Dynasty.
In the Sui Dynasty, Hezhou was changed to Luzhou. The name of Luzhou came from Lujiang County in the Han and Jin Dynasties. Beichen county and Ruyin county were abandoned, and Hefei county was restored to Luzhou. In the third year of Daye, Luzhou was changed into Lujiang County.
In the early Tang Dynasty, Lujiang County was changed to Luzhou; in the first year of Zhenguan (627), there were ten roads in the country, and Luzhou belonged to Huainan road; in the first year of Tianbao (742), Luzhou was changed to Lujiang County; in the first year of Qianyuan (758), Luzhou was changed to prefecture. It belongs to Hefei county.
During the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, Hefei belonged to Wu, Nan Tang and Hou Zhou successively.
In Song Dynasty, Luzhou was under Huainan road and later changed to Huainan road. In 1072, Huainan road was divided into East Road and West Road. Luzhou belonged to Huainan West Road and was subordinate to Baoxin army. There are duanzhai, Shannan and Xincang towns in Feixi. In the Southern Song Dynasty, Huaixi made envoys stationed in Luzhou, which belonged to Hefei county.
In the Yuan Dynasty, Huaixi general manager's office was first set up in Hefei, and soon it was changed to Luzhou Road, which belongs to Huaixi river north road. Later, Luzhou road was established as a province in Jiangbei, Henan Province. In Feixi, there was an inspection department of Changcheng Town, which was abolished in the Ming Dynasty.
In Ming Dynasty, Liang county was merged into Hefei county. Hefei was established as a province of Jianghuai at the beginning, retreated and led by nanzhili.
In the early Qing Dynasty, Hefei County of Luzhou Prefecture was subordinate to Jiangnan province. In 1667, it was divided into Anhui Province. Hefei county is under its jurisdiction. In the 36th year of Qianlong (1771), Feixi set up an official pavilion to inspect Xixiang and Qingyang to inspect Nanxiang.
In 1912, Hefei county was directly under Anhui Province. In the fourth year of the Republic of China (1915), the road was set up. Hefei belongs to Anqing road. In the eighteenth year of the Republic of China (1929), the road was withdrawn. In 1933, there were three special districts in Hefei county. In June 1938, Hefei county was occupied by the Japanese army, and the county government moved to pigeon cage polder in Qianshan township of Feixi.
In 1945, after the victory of the Anti Japanese War, the county government moved to Feicheng. At the end of December, 1948, Feixi democratic county government was established in yangxinwei. Feixi County was established under the leadership of the three prefectural committees of the Communist Party of China in West Anhui. In April 1949, the northern Anhui administrative office was established in Hefei. Feixi County democratic government was renamed Feixi County democratic government, directly under the northern Anhui administrative office.
