Kaihua County Kaihua County is located in the west of Zhejiang Province, the northwest of Quzhou City, the source of Qianjiang River and the junction of Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangxi provinces, between 28 ° 54 ′ 30 ″ to 29 ° 29 ′ 59 ″ N and 118 ° 01 ′ 15 ″ to 118 ° 37 ′ 50 ″ E. In 981, at the request of Zheng an, the magistrate of Changshan County, kaihuachang was promoted to Kaihua County, which belongs to Quzhou.
