Ruian Ruian, a county-level city managed by Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, is located in the middle of China's gold coastline, between Shanghai Economic Zone and Xiamen Zhangquan golden triangle. Historical evolution
Rui'an is the ancient city of Dong'ou of Baiyue branch. As early as the late Neolithic age, the ancestors on both sides of the lower reaches of the Feiyun River had already multiplied and established settlements. In the Xia, Shang, Western Zhou and spring and Autumn period, the territory of Yangzhou was ou. Later, due to the changes of the current situation and the change of dynasties, the administrative subordination changed.
In 239, the second year of Wu chiwu in the Three Kingdoms, Luoyang county was set up in the south of daluoshan (Quanshan) in Yongning County, and lu'ao (in the area of Xi'ao and hedaiqiao) in the North Lake was the beginning of Ruian county. It belongs to Kuaiji county. In the second year of Taiping (257), Luoyang County belonged to Linhai county. Baoding three years (259), changed Luoyang county to Anyang County.
In the first year of Taikang in the Western Jin Dynasty (280), Anyang County was changed into Angu county. In the fourth year of Taikang (283), nanhengyu chuantun and its southern border in Angu county were analyzed as Shiyang county (now Pingyang County, including Cangnan County, Taishun County and Wencheng County).
In the first year of Taining in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (323), the government of Angu County moved to shaogongyu.

In the first year of Xianchun in the Southern Song Dynasty (1265), Wenzhou was changed into Ruian Prefecture and Ruian county was unified.
In 1276, East Zhejiang Road was changed into Jianghuai Province, and Ruian mansion was changed into Wenzhou Road. In the first year of Yuanzhen (1295), more than 50000 households in Ruian county were promoted to the prefecture.

In October 1955, Ruian County People's government was changed to Ruian County People's Committee.
From 1955 to 1957, Beiji and Beilong were divided into Dongtou County.
On October 14, 1958, Wencheng County was merged into Ruian county.
On August 10, 1961, Wencheng County was separated from Ruian county.

Its geographical coordinates are 120 degrees 10 minutes to 121 degrees 15 minutes east longitude, 27 degrees 40 minutes to 28 degrees 0 minutes north latitude. It is adjacent to the East China Sea in the East, Wencheng County in the west, Pingyang County in the south, Ouhai District and Longwan District in the north, and Qingtian County in the northwest. The annual average temperature is 17.9 ℃ in Beiji and other islands, which is 17.5 ℃. The mountain area with an altitude of 400-800 meters is slightly lower, which is between 14 ℃ and 16 ℃. The annual average precipitation is 1110-2200mm, and the historical annual average precipitation is 1527.2mm. The distribution of precipitation in each month of the year is very uneven. There are three annual precipitation peaks, which are spring rain period from March to April, Meiyu period from May to June and tropical storm rainstorm period from August to September, accounting for 18.3%, 26% and 26.2% of the annual precipitation respectively. The main rivers are Feiyun River, Wenruitang River and ruipingtang river. All inland rivers in Ruian belong to the Feiyun River system or Oujiang River system. The Feiyun River originates from Donggong mountain at the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian, with a drainage area of 3731 square kilometers and a mainstream length of 173 kilometers. Among them, 74.8 kilometers pass through Ruian City, with a drainage area of 1801 square kilometers. It enters the East China Sea between Shangwang and Gexiang. The downstream reach is 600-1000m wide, and the width at the sea is 3km.
