The ancient city of Nong'an was built in the ancient Fuyu kingdom. It was the capital of Fuyu kingdom in the Han Dynasty.
The Sui Dynasty was the city of Fuyu in Koguryo.
The Tang Dynasty was the Fuyu mansion of Bohai State.
After Liao destroyed Bohai State, it was renamed Huanglong Prefecture and Huanglong county was set up.
In the seventh year of Baoning (975), yanpo, the general of Huanglong mansion, rebelled and killed Zhang Ju, the governor of the capital. Liao sent a large army to pacify the rebellion. Later, Emperor Shengzong of the Liao Dynasty moved Huanglong mansion back to the ancient city (Nong'an). In order to avoid the double name, he changed one side of the city from Huanglong mansion to Tongzhou, and the ancient city (Nong'an) was still called Huanglong mansion. It governs five prefectures (Gaizhou, Anyuan, Weizhou, Qingzhou, Yongzhou) and three counties (Huanglong, qianmin, Yongping). It is under the jurisdiction of Tokyo Road (now Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province). During the reign of emperor Xingzong of Liao Dynasty, Huaide county was set up in the northeast of Yitong River, which was the governance of Xiangzhou (now Nongan wanjinta township). In the sixth year of the reign of emperor Chongxi of the Liao Dynasty (1037), the Liao Dynasty set up Jiedushi in the lower reaches of Heilongjiang Province, which governed the five kingdoms of Nuzhen and was subordinate to Huanglong Prefecture.

In 1126, Jin invaded Kaifeng and captured Song Hui and Qin emperors. In 1140, the Jin Dynasty issued an imperial edict to change Huanglong Prefecture into Jizhou and set up Lishe county. Later, because of the same name as Jizhou in Shandong Province, and because huanglongfu had long been known as Longzhou, Jizhou was changed to Longzhou in 1189, and sometimes chenglongzhou was also written. In the second year of Jin Zhenyou's reign (1214), Zhou was promoted to Fu, which was called Long'an Fu. It was also called Long'an Fu, which belonged to Shangjing road.
Mongolian WoKuoTaiHan eight years (1236), still known as Huanglong Fu, waste Li Shexian.
In the 23rd year of the Yuan Dynasty (1286), the mansion was upgraded to a road, and Huanglong mansion was successively the administrative center of Kaiyuan wanhu mansion, Liaodong Road and Kaiyuan Road. Later, Kaiyuan Road was moved to Xianping (now Kaiyuan city), and the ancient city of huanglongfu was abandoned. Since then, in the smoke of war, it has gradually become a ruin.
In the eighth year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1375), it was under the jurisdiction of Liaodong Dusi sanwanwei. In the first year of Yongle, it was under the jurisdiction of nuergandu's yidonghewei, named Long'an station. In the middle of Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Wuliang Harvey. At the end of Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Horqin tribe of Mongolia, and became a nomadic land of Mongolian. At the end of the Ming Dynasty, this area became a nomadic land of the Mongols.
In the early Qing Dynasty, it was the front banner of Gorros. In 1791 (the 56th year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty), the land was reclaimed. Until 1882 (the eighth year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty), due to the increasing number of vagrants coming here to cultivate, the Qing government set up a farm safety branch here, which belonged to Changchun Department. In 1889 (the 15th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty), Nongan county was officially established. Take "Nong'an" as the homonym of "Long'an" and "Long'an". It is commonly known as "Longwan" and was once known as nonganpu. It belongs to Changchun Government.
