Historical evolution
According to the biographies of Dongyue in historical records, because he assisted the Han Dynasty, he was established as "the king of the East China Sea, the capital of Dongou, and the secular name was the king of Dongou".
In the third year of Jianyuan (138 BC), Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty was afraid of the attack from Fujian and Vietnam. He said, "please move the whole country to China, but I know that the whole country came between the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River.". In the second year of the first Yuan Dynasty (85 BC), Emperor Zhao of the Han Dynasty took Huipu County as his land and was subordinate to Duwei in the south of Kuaiji county (according to the geographical records of the Han Dynasty).
During the reign of Emperor Guangwu of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the original place in central Fujian was renamed Zhang'an (the later Han Dynasty and Song Dynasty were quoted from Taikang Ji of the Jin Dynasty: "Huipu Township in the south of Yinxian County, Zhang Dizhang was established in the first year), which belonged to the Eastern Duwei of Kuaiji Prefecture.
In the third year of Yonghe (138) of Emperor Shun of Han Dynasty, Dongou township of Zhang'an county was established as Yongning County. In the second year of chiwu (239), Emperor Wu of the Three Kingdoms, Luoyang county (later changed to Angu county) was set up in the south of Yongning County, and Hengyu chuantun was set up in the area of Xiankou, still under the jurisdiction of Duwei in the east of Kuaiji county. In the second year of Taiping (257) of Wu SunLiang in the Three Kingdoms, Linhai county was set up as the Duwei in the east of Kuaiji, and Luoyang was changed to it. In 268, the third year of Wu SUN Hao Baoding in the Three Kingdoms period, Luoyang county was changed to Anyang County, and its ownership remained unchanged. In the first year of Taikang (280) of Emperor Wu of Jin Dynasty, Anyang County was changed to Angu County, and its subordinate counties remained unchanged. This is the history of Pingyang before its founding.
In 283, the fourth year of Taikang, Emperor Wu of Jin Dynasty, the shiptun of nanhengyu in Angu was set up as Shiyang County, which was the beginning of Pingyang County. Later, it was also called Luoyang county. Soon after, the name of Hengyang was changed to Hengyu and Hengjiang, and it was still attached to Linhai County of Yangzhou. In 323, the first year of Taining, the Ming emperor of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, Yongjia County was set up in Linhai County, and Hengyang County belonged to it.
It is said that the county government was selected by Guo PU. According to Longqing's Pingyang County annals, "since the Jin Dynasty, Guo Jingchun established the county government, with Xiantan and Kunshan in the front, and Mingshan and Shitang in the back. Therefore, Chen Rong was ordered in the Song Dynasty to say," the front is divided into Phoenix wings, and the back is folded with moth eyebrows. ". It's said that the two mountains are bullfighting and Mingshan is crouching tiger. It's also said that the situation is different. " At that time, the county had to lean to the northeast.
During the Sui and Tang Dynasties, because of the frequent wars, the county system was abolished and merged into Angu or Yongjia, and was restored in the first year of Dazu (701). During the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, it was under the jurisdiction of the Wu and Yue States and was renamed Pingyang.
After the Song Dynasty, Pingyang has become "the throat of Zhejiang Province and the mouth of Fujian Province". In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, "Yanting, a small and medium-sized island in the city, was rich in soil, while the coastal city was as abstruse as a hall.". When they came to Gongchen, they often kept the wind. Looking at Ma'an and Jishan on the sea, it looks like a screen. It is not only the throat of Zhejiang Province and the mouth and teeth of Fujian Province, but also the gateway of the ocean "(Qianlong's Pingyang County annals). Since the Republic of China, the county system has been continued and developed into Pingyang and Cangnan counties.
Since the establishment of Pingyang County in the fourth year of Taikang in the Western Jin Dynasty (283), Pingyang County has experienced many small changes and one big change.
In 1452, the third year of emperor zongjingtai in Ming Dynasty, the political situation between Fujian and Kuo was unstable, the mountain people were poor and there were uprisings from time to time. In order to strengthen the rule, governor sun Yuanzhen set up Taishun County, because the area of thirty-eight, thirty-nine and forty capitals of Guiren Township belonged to Taishun. Thirty four capitals were divided into thirty-two, thirty-three and thirty-five capitals because they had no registered permanent residence, and the whole county was reduced from 55 capitals to 51 capitals. In the early Qing Dynasty, Zheng Chenggong and other volunteers persisted in the anti Qing struggle along the coast of the East China Sea. In 1661, Emperor Shunzhi of the Qing Dynasty ordered Su Nahai, the Secretary of state, to be in charge of "removing the boundary" and "removing the residents from the border sea for 30 Li to empty the land", which was a brutal policy of strengthening the walls and clearing the wild, and merging the villages with immigrants. Zhang Sida, deputy chief of Pingyang County, opposed Gao Yikun's idea of moving five li in accordance with Ruian's rules. He insisted on moving more than ten li, resulting in the tragic situation of "men's names and women's crying, and the four realms heard of each other". More than half of the countryside was abandoned, and "only four of the ten stored in the map".
In 1670, Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty solemnly declared that the political situation was more stable than before, and ordered "Zhanjie", which was not restored until 1691. Only the Nanji Islands, originally belonging to the 24 capitals, were scattered into the mainland in the Ming Dynasty due to the Japanese pirates. They were made up with the balance of their military status and survived in name. In the Southern Ming Dynasty, Zheng Chenggong once encamped in the area, but did not enter the territory in the Qing Dynasty. During the period of the Republic of China, the land was reclaimed and developed, and the rural system was established.
In 1952, Ruiping administrative village was transferred from Fengxiang township of Ruian to Longwei of Tengjiao district. In 1953, Genzhu administrative village, which belongs to Shilong township of Ruian, was transferred to Baoyang of Tengjiao. In June 1955, the people's Government of Zhejiang Province decided to put Nanji Township under the jurisdiction of Dongtou County, which was not long established. In August 1957, Nanji township was re assigned to Pingyang County to restore its original appearance. In the autumn of 1955, the State Council decided to put the Taishan islands under the jurisdiction of Pingyang under the jurisdiction of Xiapu County, Fujian Province. Dushantou natural village in Songqiao township is adjacent to Rui'an. In history, half of it belongs to Rui'an and the other half belongs to Pingyang. In the first half of 1958, the village was put under the jurisdiction of Wuqiao Township, Xianjiang District, Ruian county.
In 1980, Zhejiang Province and the State Council, in accordance with the actual situation and the needs of economic development, accepted the requirements of the cadres and the masses of the whole county, and issued the (81) Guo Han Zi No. 68 and zhe Zheng (1981) No. 68 document "notice on the division of Pingyang County into Pingyang and Cangnan counties". It was decided that from 1981, Fanshan Town, Yishan, Qianku, Jinxiang, Lingxi, Qiu, Fanshan and Mazhan in Pingyang County would be divided into seven towns This is the biggest change of Pingyang County since its establishment.
In 2016, the jurisdiction of Aojiang town and Wanquan town was adjusted to add Haixi town and Nanji town; the jurisdiction of Shuitou Town was adjusted to add Fengwo town and naocun town; the jurisdiction of Xiaojiang town was adjusted to add Mabu town; the jurisdiction of Shanmen town was adjusted to add Huaixi town.
administrative division
By 2019, Pingyang County has 14 towns and 2 townships, and the county people's government is located in Kunyang town.
geographical environment
Location context
Pingyang County is located in the southeast coast of Zhejiang Province. Its land area is between 27 ° 21 ˊ - 27 ° 46 ˊ N and 120 ° 24 ˊ - 121 ° 08 ˊ e. it is adjacent to the East China Sea in the East, Cangnan in the south, Wencheng and Taishun in the West and Ruian in the north. The land area is 1051.17 square kilometers, and there are 37200 square kilometers of sea area with Cangnan County.
Geology and geomorphology
Pingyang belongs to the basement uplift belt of Zhejiang Fujian Pacific coast. About 600 million years ago, the foundation was laid in the far ancient Sinian period. Later, influenced by various tectonic movements in the Paleozoic era, the ground gradually uplifted and a series of NE trending inland Intermountain basins appeared. The volcanic eruption began in Jurassic (about 140 million years ago) and stopped at the end of Cretaceous (about 70 million years ago). The South Yandang Mountain is one of the volcanic eruption areas. Some people think that the Yangtian lake on the front mountain of the South yanfan rock is the ancient crater lake. The Beigang area with the Shanmen as the center is a volcanic fault basin, and the adjacent Fanshan, Wencheng and other volcanic basins have traces of Mesozoic volcanic structure. A large number of volcanic rocks covered most of the county, mainly rhyolitic pyroclastic rocks and acid lava. Since then, the acidic magma containing more silica continued to move and formed various volcanic rocks and intrusions. Until the end of volcanism in the Tertiary period (about 25 million years ago), the erosion and denudation of the county increased under the condition of overall uplift, forming a large area of Quaternary sediments. Pingyang is dominated by volcanic landforms, followed by sedimentary landforms, so the types are complex, including middle mountains (more than 1000 meters), low mountains (500-1000 meters), hills (less than 500 meters), valleys, plains, rivers, beaches, islands and reefs. The South Yandang mountains and the Aojiang River system run through the whole area. The terrain is high in the West and low in the East, and low in the middle and high schools around the West. Due to the long-term subsidence of the coast, many islands and trumpet shaped coasts are formed. The coastline is winding and belongs to the RIAS type subsidence coast.
climate
Pingyang, located in the southeast coast of Zhejiang Province, belongs to the mid subtropical marine monsoon climate zone.
Zhao Ji of Song Dynasty has made a brief statement in his Bi Ji: "Wen Zhi is the extreme place of Zhou and eastern Zhejiang. There is no cold Qi in winter and no hot summer in summer. Ping also lives in the south of the county, close to Fujian. Therefore, the climate is constant. It is rainy in spring and summer, and the ground is rather humid. It is windy in summer, and less frost and snow in winter. The plants do not fall yellow in winter, and sometimes bloom and germinate. The general climate characteristics are: long summer and winter, short spring and autumn, four distinct seasons; no severe cold and heat, pleasant spring and autumn; sufficient light, abundant rain, warm
