In Han Dynasty, Fengfeng was located in Ye County of Wei county to the east of Gushan and Wu'an county to the west of Gushan.
In 222, Wu'an county and Ye County were established as Linshui county and Guangping county.
This is the reason of the two Jin Dynasties. In 445, the sixth year of Taiping Zhenjun in the Northern Wei Dynasty, Linshui County, Zhejiang Province, entered Ye County. In 497, Linshui county was restored to an County. In the first year of Tianbao (550), Linshui County moved Songgu. In the Jiande period of Emperor Wu of the Northern Zhou Dynasty (572-577), Linshui County moved to shecheng (now Shexian).
