Especially in recent years, it has made a major breakthrough in attracting investment from the world's top 500 companies. In 2006, it successfully introduced the Foxconn Huai'an science and technology city project with a total investment of 2.2 billion US dollars from Taiwan's Hon Hai group. At present, the capital increase of nearly 100 million US dollars for each of the three enterprises in the second phase has been approved, with a construction area of 900000 square meters. The construction of the second phase is in full swing and is about to be completed and put into operation, and the third phase is being submitted for approval.
