In December, Qinglong and Qingxi (xianzuo) were assigned to Eastern Hebei Province from Rehe Province, belonging to 12 special districts.
In April 1947, it was transferred to 17 special districts of Eastern Hebei Province, and then Qingxi county was abolished and Qingping county was built.
On October 1, 1949, after the founding of the people's Republic of China, Qinglong County still belongs to Rehe province.
