Shuangcheng District, a municipal district of Harbin City, located in the southwest of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the hinterland of Songnen Plain and the South Bank of Songhua River. The terrain is high in the East and low in the West. The geographical coordinates are 125 ° 41 ′ e to 126 ° 42 ′ E and 45 ° 08 ′ n to 45 ° 43 ′ n, with a total area of 3112.3 square kilometers. Shuangcheng district is the municipal district of Harbin, which was approved by the State Council in May 2014. Historical evolution
Before the Qing Dynasty
From Shun, through Xia and Shang, to Zhou, Shuangcheng was the hometown of Sushen.
During the Han Dynasty, the Three Kingdoms and the Jin Dynasty, it belonged to Fuyu state.
In the northern and Southern Dynasties, it was Wuji at the beginning, and belonged to the Department of Buji BoChang at the end.
In the Sui Dynasty, it still belonged to Bo'ai.
In the Tang Dynasty, it belonged to bokhai. In the first year of Shengli of Tang Dynasty, after 698, it belonged to Zhengjie Prefecture of Bohai State.
In Liao Dynasty, it belonged to osazha Department of Binjiang Prefecture in Tokyo. After the fall of the Bohai kingdom in the 10th century A.D., the privet tribe, which lived in its native place, rose and divided into two groups, namely, Zhenbu, an old woman. Shengnuzhen lives in the Changbai Mountain to Songhua River Valley. Shuangcheng is the place where shengnuzhen is located.
In the Jin Dynasty, it belonged to Zhaozhou, Huining Prefecture, Shangjing road. It is the residence of ten thousand families of Han army.
In Yuan Dynasty, it belonged to Kaiyuan Road of Liaoyang province. According to the classics and xijinzhi, the post station of Yuan Dynasty in Northeast China is called "Sipu station". Through textual research, it is proved that the old city of Lhasa in the southwest of Shuangcheng City and the old city of Shuangchengzi near Lalin town belong to Shuangcheng City.
In the Ming Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of nurgandu division at the beginning, namely lalinhewei. Later, it was the hometown of wulabu under Hulun tribe, one of the four Nvzhen tribes. According to the records of the unification of the Ming Dynasty, in the fourth year of Yongle, nanlinhewei was set up in 1406. The Wei is located near Lalin, Wuchang City. Lalin originally belonged to Shuangcheng.
The Qing Dynasty
In the early Qing Dynasty, it belonged to ningguta angbang Zhangjing.
In 1662, the first year of Kangxi, angbang Zhangjing was promoted to the general of ningguta. He was in charge of the vast area of Heilongjiang Province, and Shuangcheng area belonged to him.
In the 15th year of Kangxi, the general moved to Wula, Jilin Province in 1676. Now in Jilin City, ningguta city is guarded by the deputy Dutong. Shuangcheng area is under the jurisdiction of ningguta vice Du Tong yamen, which is under the jurisdiction of ningguta general.
In the third year of Yongzheng reign, the vice governor of alechuka was set up in 1725. Today, Acheng is under the jurisdiction of Shuangcheng, which is still under the control of the general yamen of ningguta.
In 1757, general ningguta was renamed general Jilin. Shuangchengjing is subordinate to the Deputy capital of alechuka under Jilin general.
In the 19th year of Jiaqing and 1814, the government office of Shuangcheng was set up.
In the first year of Xianfeng, 1851, the magistrate's Association changed the title of vice governor and set up the general manager's office.

On August 1, 1954, Heilongjiang Province and Songjiang province were merged into Heilongjiang Province, and the Municipal People's Committee was directly under the provincial government.
On August 16, 1958, the Songhua River special zone was set up in Heilongjiang Province. The special office is located in Harbin. Shuangcheng City is directly under the jurisdiction of Songhuajiang Commissioner's office.

In the middle of Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty, when the double castle was first set up, it was under the jurisdiction of Lalin Association. In 1906, Ruan Zhongzhi was appointed as the first police district in the city. In December of the next year, the whole county was divided into nine police districts, a total of 10 districts. At the end of 1945, the county democratic government was established, and the county was divided into three administrative regions: the first district (urban area), the East District and the northwest district. In June 1946, the county was rezoned into 11 administrative regions with 83 villages. The original first district was changed into Chengguan District, which has jurisdiction over 33 squares.
In November 1948, the original 11 districts were adjusted to 16 districts. In December 1948, the districts in the order of numbers were changed to the first place names. There are 15 rural districts and 239 villages. Chengguan District is still under the jurisdiction of 33 square.
In March 1956, the district village system was changed to Township village system. The county has one town (10 sub district offices) and 35 townships (239 villages).
In March 1958, the original 35 townships of one town were merged into 16 townships of one town. In September, the township system was abolished. On the basis of townships and towns, 17 people's communes with 255 administrative areas were established.
In May 1961, four people's communes, Dongguan, Jincheng, Tongxin and Zhengyi, were rezoned, and the number of people's communes increased to 21. It has 280 production teams (including 686 natural villages) and 1196 production teams.
In 1970, seven people's communes were set up in Xinxing, the cultural revolution, Qianjin, Hongguang, Yuejin, Tuanjie and Yongsheng. There were 28 people's communes, 12 sub district offices, 322 production teams (including 691 natural villages) and 1411 production teams in the county.
In November 1978, Taiping commune was put under the jurisdiction of Harbin city.
In 1984, the county changed 27 people's commune management committees into 22 townships and 5 towns (Shuangcheng, Zhoujia, Wujia, Handian and Lanling). At the same time, the original 373 production teams were changed into 374 villages, and 691 natural villages were under the jurisdiction.
In 1985, four townships, Dongguan, Nongfeng, Xingshan and Dancheng, were transformed into towns, and the county was divided into nine towns and 18 townships, among which Lequn and Xingfu were Manchu townships.
