The county was built in 1909, the first year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty. In 1925, the county was moved to TUANSHANZI (now the site of the county). Raohe county belongs to the continental monsoon climate of cold temperate zone, which is the third accumulated temperate zone in Heilongjiang Province. It has tourism resources such as Zhenbao Island, Wusuli River, Dadingzi Mountain, sipaihezhe scenic spot, kalka mountain, Nanhu Wetland, Cuihu Wetland, dajiahe wetland, Shending peak and so on.
In 2017, Raohe county achieved a GDP of 5.26989 billion yuan and a total revenue of 2.2314 billion yuan. On September 25, 2018, it won the honorary title of "2018 e-commerce into rural comprehensive demonstration county" of the Ministry of Commerce.
History of construction
Raohe county is located in Sushen Prefecture before Zhou and Qin Dynasties, yilou Prefecture in Han Dynasty, Wuji Prefecture in Northern Dynasty, sumo Prefecture, Huaiyuan prefecture (now Tongjiang) and Anyuan prefecture (now near Yiman in Russia) in Tang Dynasty, Boari prefecture (now Boli in Russia) in Liao Dynasty, supin road in Shangjing road in Jin Dynasty, and shuidada road in Liaoyang Province in Yuan Dynasty. Ming nuergandu division, Yongle 12 years (1414) set up lost children Wu Chiwei (now two kilometers north of the horse shelf).
In the early Qing Dynasty, it was subordinate to general ningguta. In the fifth year of Yongzheng (1727), it was changed to three surnames of vice Dutong (today's Yilan). In the ninth year of Xianfeng (1859), naolihekou Kalun was set up. In the first year of Xuantong (1909), Raohe county was built to govern xiaojiaqi River (now the West Bank of Xiaojiahe town).
In 1917, he moved to naolihekou (today's Dong'an town) and in 1925, he moved to TUANSHANZI (today's County site).
In 1933, after Japan occupied Raohe, Raohe county was assigned to Sanjiang province.
On September 3, 1945, when Japan surrendered and the Northeast recovered, Raohe county was put under the jurisdiction of Hejiang province; in 1947, Mudanjiang province was established, and Raohe county was put into the territory of Mudanjiang province; in July 1948, Mudanjiang province was abolished and still belonged to Hejiang province.
In May 1949, the organizational system of Hejiang province was abolished and merged into Songjiang province; in June 1954, the organizational system of Songjiang province was abolished and merged into Heilongjiang Province, and Raohe county was under the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Province.

Raohe county is located in the northern margin of nadaling Mesozoic plate subduction zone and in the northern part of wandashong. The eastern and northern regions are plain regions, while the western and southern regions are hilly regions. The terrain is more complex, inclining from southwest to northeast. It can be divided into four types: hilly land, platform land, plain land, river marsh land and flood land.
Mountains and hills
The mountains and hills are mainly located in the central and southern part of Raohe county. Nadanhadala mountain, the Northeast Branch of Wanda mountain, runs through the whole territory from southwest to northeast, stretching more than 130 kilometers, with an average altitude of 300 meters. Pike mountain is the highest mountain in the territory, which is located at the junction of the southwest of Raohe county and Hulin City, with an altitude of 823.9 meters. The second peak is Dadingzi Mountain, located in the middle of Raohe County, with an altitude of 801 meters. In the northeast of China, kalka mountain is the highest. Its rocks are laminated, with an altitude of 363 meters. In 2005, the mountain was approved as a provincial Geopark by the provincial government. The mountainous and hilly area of the county is 298320 hectares, accounting for 45.2% of the total area of the county. In this area, the cutting depth is medium, the top of the mountain is round, the cross section of the valley is U-shaped, and the composition lithology is mainly pyroclastic rock, metamorphic rock and granite. The region is a national key timber producing area with undulating mountains and dense forests.
platform
The platform is located in the transitional zone between hills and plains, north of Naoli River, south of belahong River, east of nadanhadala mountain and west of Wusuli River. Due to the cutting action of flowing water, it is distributed in skirt shape. The ground is slightly undulating, inclining to the plain direction, the front edge scarp is obvious, and some bedrock is exposed. The average altitude is 80 meters, covering an area of 56032 hectares, accounting for 8.5% of the total area of the county. It is composed of loam in the upper part and bedrock in the lower part.

The plain is mainly distributed on both banks of Naoli River, the South Bank of Bielahong River and the West Bank of Wusuli River, with an average altitude of 60 meters and an area of 249553 hectares, accounting for 37.8% of the total area of the county. It is composed of loam in the upper part and sand gravel in the lower part.
Rivers, marshes and floodplains
River marshes and floodlands are mainly distributed along Naoli River, Bielahong River and Wusuli River, with an average altitude of 40 meters and an area of 56441 hectares, accounting for 8.5% of the total area of the county. It is composed of loam in the upper part and sand gravel in the lower part. In the region, the terrain is low-lying, and the micro topography changes greatly. Oxbow lake, linear depression and dish depression are scattered all over the region. Rivers are crisscross, wasteland is vast, and most of them are swamps.

It originates in Russia and flows into Heilongjiang from south to north near Boli. The total length of the river is 719 km, with a total drainage area of 187000 square kilometers. Wusuli River flows into Raohe county from the south of Wusuli River to waiqiliqin River, with a length of 128 km.
