Lanxian County, under the jurisdiction of Luliang City, Shanxi Province, is located in the west of the central part of Shanxi Province, north of Luliang, south of Xinzhou, adjacent to Taiyuan, east of jingle, south of Loufan and Fangshan, west of Xingxian, north of Kelan.
