Jizhou District Jizhou District, under the jurisdiction of Tianjin, is located in the northernmost part of Tianjin, in the heart of Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan and Chengde. The origin of place names
According to Taiping Huanyu Ji, Jizhou was named after the ancient Jimen pass (Juyong Pass, Jundu pass, the eighth Xing of Taihang and Naqian pass). According to the records of ten annals of the Tang Dynasty, Juyong Pass is also called Jimen pass. It is said that the first emperor of Qin forced the Minfu to settle here and named it after the meaning of moving to Yongtu.

In the Qin Dynasty, Wuzhong county was set up under the jurisdiction of youbeiping county.
From the Western Han Dynasty to the Three Kingdoms Wei, they were attacked. The Sixteen States of Western Jin and Eastern Jin belong to Beiping county.
During the reign of Taiping Zhenjun in the Northern Wei Dynasty, it belonged to Yuyang county.
In the third year of Daye of Sui Dynasty (607 AD), Yuyang county was still under the jurisdiction of Yuyang county. At the end of Daye, Wuzhong county was renamed Yuyang county.
In the second year of Wude of Tang Dynasty (619 AD), Wuzhong county was established in the east of Yuyang County, which belongs to Xuanzhou and is located in Yutian Chengguan. In the 18th year of Kaiyuan (730 A.D.), Jizhou was set up in Yuyang county.
During the period of Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms, Shi Jingtang ceded sixteen prefectures of Yanyun to Liao, and there was Yuyang County in Jizhou.

On April 27, 1946, 19 villages in the East, such as Gushu village, were assigned to Yutian County; 10 villages in the west, such as Jialing, were assigned to Sanhe County; and 16 villages in the northwest, such as baoshanji, were assigned to Pinggu County.
In May 1947, the north of the three districts (Bangjun) and the nine districts (Guanzhuang) were all assigned to Pinggu County, and in October they were all assigned back to Yutian County, and the villages to the east of Zhouhe River were all assigned to Yutian County.
In September 1949, the village to the east of Zhouhe river was reclaimed.
In 1950, 12 villages including Xin'an town of Chunzhuang Township and 5 villages including nanxiaozhuang village of miwanghui Township were assigned to Yutian County.
