Historical evolution
Ding Qing, which means "Da Tai Di" in Tibetan, was called "qiongbu" in ancient times. In history, the subordinate relationship has been changed many times. the Tang Dynasty belonged to Tubo. in the Yuan Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of the Marshal's office of the Xuanwei envoys of Tubo and other roads. in the Ming Dynasty, it was under the rule of Musashi in the East Palace of the Mongolian king. The original 60 ethnic groups (tribes), and later assigned 25 to Qinghai Yuqiao, the remaining 35, gradually evolved into 42 ethnic groups.
