Background

It is one of the five import and export processing bases for Russia determined by the provincial government. It mainly focuses on the construction of import and export processing base and logistics distribution center for Russia. Since the establishment of the circular Park, the total investment has reached nearly 20 billion yuan, including 2.2 billion yuan in infrastructure. 3、 Mudanjiang economic park for Russia

The planned area of Mudanjiang Russian Economic Park is 25 square kilometers, and the start-up area of phase I is 8 square kilometers. The leading industries are petroleum equipment, petroleum processing, new materials, automobile industry and mechanical processing and manufacturing. The development zone has invested 780 million yuan in road, water supply, power, communication, land leveling and other infrastructure construction, initially realizing the "five links and one leveling" of 3.5 square kilometers in the new zone, which can undertake all kinds of projects.

The park has newly introduced more than 10 oil processing, petroleum machinery, automobile equipment, new materials and other industrial projects, such as Trina petroleum, Dongfeng oil products, subgreen, Daqing oil shale, KaiPeng oil production equipment processing, special purpose vehicle of CSR group, and environmental granular carbon. After the establishment of the park, the accumulated investment has reached 1.615 billion yuan, and the first phase construction of the park has begun to take shape.

4、 Sino Russian science and Technology Information Industrial Park

The Sino Russian Information Industrial Park is a national level project signed by the Chinese and Russian governments. The provincial high-tech industrial park is an important carrier to lead the industrial transformation and upgrading of Mudanjiang City and develop information, high-end and innovative industries. The Sino Russian science and Technology Information Industrial Park was officially launched in 2012, with a planning area of 33 square kilometers. The first phase starts with an area of 8 square kilometers. The leading industries are electronic information, high-end service industry, cultural creativity and new urban economy. The park has invested 2.255 billion yuan in total, including 1.105 billion yuan in infrastructure. Development and future

Mudanjiang development zone was established in January 2006.
