Hezhang County Hezhang County, belonging to Bijie City, Guizhou Province, is located in the East Yunnan Plateau in the upper reaches of Liuchong River and Sancha River at the North source of Wujiang River in the northwest of Guizhou Province. It is located in the Wumeng Mountain area where the mountains and hills in the middle of Guizhou Province transition. History of construction
Hezhang County belongs to Chishui tribe in Neolithic period.
In summer, the county was a wasteland in the south of Liangzhou.
The Shang and Zhou dynasties were ghost prescriptions.
The spring and Autumn period was the northwest of the state of Yao.
During the Warring States period, it belonged to Yelang state.
In the 26th year of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty (221 BC), it belonged to Hanyang county.
In the early Han Dynasty, Hanyang county was abolished, and in the sixth year of Jianyuan (135 BC) of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, it was restored to Qianwei county. In the second year of the reign of Hanyong (108), the southern part of Qianwei was changed into a state of Qianwei, which ruled Zhuti and belonged to Hanyang.
In the Shu Han Dynasty, Qianwei was changed into Zhuti County, leading Hanyang and other five counties.
From the Jin Dynasty to the Southern Qi Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of Zhuti County, Nanning Prefecture. In the second year of Liang Taiqing (548), the local tyrant cuanzan occupied ningzhou, and all the counties were abolished. The administrative system of Hanyang County disintegrated.
Jimi small state was established in Tang Dynasty, and now the county belongs to Baozhou. In the tenth year of Tianbao (751), Nanzhao was attached.
Song Dynasty belongs to WUSA tribe. In the 10th year of the Yuan Dynasty (1273), WUSA was attached to the Yuan Dynasty. In the 13th year (1276), WUSA road was set up. In the 15th year (1278), WUSA military and civilian general office was set up. In the 21st year (1284), WUSA military and civilian Xuanfu department was changed. In the 24th year (1287), WUSA Wumeng Xuanwei department was promoted. It was under the jurisdiction of WUSA.
From Emperor Shun of Yuan Dynasty to the first year of Yuan Dynasty (1335), it was transferred to Sichuan Province.
In the Ming Dynasty, WUSA ruled the county. In the 14th year of Hongwu (1381), WUSA was attached to the Ming Dynasty, and set up WUSA Prefecture magistrate, which was subordinate to Yunnan chief secretary; in the 15th year (1382), WUSA Wei command department was set up, which was subordinate to Yunnan capital department; in the 16th year (1383), it was changed to Sichuan chief secretary. Yongle 12 years (1414), change Li Guizhou division.
In the fourth year of Kangxi (1665), wushawei was dismissed and Anning mansion was set up; in the fifth year, it was renamed Weining mansion, which belongs to Hezhang. In the eighth year of Yongzheng (1730), Weining Prefecture was demoted to the state, which is now the county, until the end of the Qing Dynasty.
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), Weining County was changed into a county; in the seventh year (1918), Weining County was transferred to Hezhang County and renamed Hezhang County; in the thirty first year (1942), Weining County was subordinate to the fourth administrative supervision district of Guizhou Province.
In 1950, it was subordinate to Bijie district of Guizhou Province and now belongs to Bijie City.
By the end of 2007, it had jurisdiction over 27 townships and 456 administrative villages.
On November 9, 2017, Guizhou Provincial People's Government (QFH [2017] No. 230) approved the cancellation of Shuanghe street and Baiguo street in Chengguan town and Baiguo town of Hezhang County, and the cancellation of dezhuo Township, Pingshan Town, Zhezhuang Township, Guji Township, Zhuming Township and Luozhou Township, and the establishment of lidzhuo Town, Pingshan Town, Zhezhuang Town, Guji Town, Zhuming town and Luozhou town.
On August 2, 2019, Guizhou Provincial People's Government (QFH [2019] No. 83) approved the establishment of Hanyang street from Shuanghe street and jinyinshan street and qijiawan street from Baiguo street in Hezhang County.
In November 2020, Hezhang County officially withdrew from poverty-stricken counties.
