Bohai New Area Bohai new area is located in the southeast of Hebei Province, adjacent to Bohai in the East, Beijing and Tianjin in the north and Qilu in the south. Historical evolution

Bohai new area has a long history. About 7000 years ago, human beings lived here.

In the 26th year of the Qin Dynasty (221 BC), Liu county was established in the present yangerzhuang township of Huanghua. Liu county was one of the first counties in Qin Dynasty. In the 29th year of the Qin Dynasty (218 B.C.), Xu Fu, a alchemist, led 500 boys and girls to cross the sea to Penglai. Before entering the sea, he went through Liu county and built the city of Xi in the west of today's yangerzhuang. In 265 ad, Gaocheng county was changed to Gaocheng County, belonging to Bohai county.

In 556 ad, Gaocheng County moved north to daliuli, which is now the old town and village of Huanghua city in Hebei Province. It belongs to Fuyang county.

In 598 ad, Emperor Wen Yang Jian changed Gaocheng county to Yanshan County.

In 1376, the county was moved to Dongyu (Xiangyu academy, now Yanshan middle school).

In the early period of the Republic of China, song Zheyuan, chairman of the provincial government, returned to his hometown of Leling to visit his relatives. Therefore, the new sea setting Bureau was established in the Second District of Yanshan County (old city), the third district (Hancun), the fourth district (yangerzhuang) and the coastal area of Cangxian county.

In 1938, the Japanese puppets established Xinhai County on the basis of Xinhai Bureau. In 1943, Xinhai county and Qingcheng county were merged into Xinqing county.

In 1945, it was renamed Huanghua County in memory of the martyrs who died in the county during the Anti Japanese war.

In 1989, Huanghua city was built from county.

In July 2007, in line with the goal of building Hebei Province into a strong coastal economic and social Province, the provincial Party committee and the provincial government approved Cangzhou City to set up Bohai New Area in the coastal area, and the Bohai new area, which integrates superior resources and creates a new economic engine, was officially established.

In 2010, it was upgraded to a national economic and Technological Development Zone.

4. Huanghua Automobile Industrial Park

With the automobile manufacturing of BAIC group as the leader, it will extend upstream and downstream to form an industrial system from vehicle manufacturing to special purpose vehicle, parts production and automobile trade, and become an important automobile parts base, vehicle base, special purpose vehicle manufacturing base, automobile logistics and trade base in North China and even North China.
