In 454 ad, the first year of emperor Xiaowu of Song Dynasty, Anlu county was located in Yingcheng County, belonging to Anlu County of Yingzhou.
In the 16th year of Datong in the Western Wei Dynasty (550 AD), Yingcheng was taken as Chengyang County, leading Yingcheng and Yunmeng counties.
