Pingxiang County Pingxiang County, subordinate to Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the south central part of Xingtai City, at the junction of Renze District, Julu district and Nanhe District in the West and northwest, Jize County of Handan City in the South and Guangzong County in the East. In the spring and Autumn period, Pingxiang county was called "Lu", which was under the jurisdiction of the state of Xing (the feudal state of Zhou was in Xingtai). In 635 B.C., the state of Wei (the feudal state of Zhou was in Qi County, Henan Province today) destroyed the state of Xing and put it under the jurisdiction of the state of Wei. At the beginning of the Warring States period, in 432 BC, Wei entered Zhao (the Marquis of Zhou was in today's Handan City), and Zhao Xiangzi incorporated his fiefdom into it and renamed it Nanyang.
In 227 BC, Wang Jian destroyed Zhao and became the territory of Qin. In the 26th year of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty (221 BC), Qin destroyed six countries and divided the world into 36 counties, where Julu County was located.

In the early Jin Dynasty, Pingxiang county was changed into Zhao state. In 319, shile was called king of Zhao, and Pingxiang County belonged to Zhao. In 312, Pingxiang belonged to the later Han Dynasty. In 352, Pingxiang County belonged to Qianyan. In 371, Fujian destroyed Yan, Pingxiang county belongs to the former Qin Dynasty. In 478, the Northern Wei Dynasty was divided into six counties, namely Pingxiang county and Bairen county. In 550, the Eastern Wei Dynasty Zen in Qi, the county belongs to the Northern Qi. In 576, Qi died, Pingxiang county belongs to the Northern Zhou Dynasty.
In 607, Xingzhou was changed to Xiangguo county and Pingxiang county was still under its jurisdiction.
In 618, Tang Dynasty established Fengzhou and governed Pingxiang county. Four years later, the state was abandoned and the county was restored, still belonging to Xingzhou. In 757, Xingzhou was the county of Xiangguo, and Pingxiang was the county. In 776, it was subordinate to the Zhaoyi Jiedushi. In 898, he became a member of the Baoyi army. In 1073, Pingxiang county was reduced to town and merged into Julu County. In 1086, Pingxiang county was restored to Xingzhou. In 1112, Xingzhou was changed to Xinde Prefecture, which belongs to Pingxiang county.
In 1129, xindefu was changed into Xingzhou, and Xingzhou was the capital of the county. In 1234, Pingxiang County entered the Mongolian Khanate. In 1262, Xingzhou was changed into Shunde Prefecture, which belongs to Pingxiang county. In 1265, that is, the second year of the Yuan Dynasty, it was changed to Shunde road.
