1 fresh mandarin fish, about 1000g, 50g mushrooms, 50g egg skin
Processing steps of Siniperca chuatsi:

Siniperca chuatsi

Making method
Wash the Flammulina velutipes and taste in broth. Cut the egg skin and bamboo shoots into shredded meat
