Herbs perennial, about 60-90 cm high. Stem erect, square, purplish, densely pubescent. Leaves opposite; petiolate; leaf blade ovate or ovate lanceolate, 3-9 cm long, 1.5-4 cm wide, apex acuminate, base cuneate, extending down to petiole, margin coarsely obtuse toothed, densely covered with short villi below. Cymes integrated into panicles, opposite to stem apex and leaf axils; calyx campanulate, pubescent outside; corolla purple, lip-shaped, corolla tube base contracted. Nutlets are round.
Born on grass slope and roadside. Distributed in Guizhou, Zhejiang and other places.
