100% and 200% injections were made from the whole herb of qianrihong. Intramuscular injection of 2 ml was given once a day. A course of treatment was 10 days, with an interval of 5 days. 120 cases were observed with 200% injection, the total effective rate of five courses was 93.3%, and the near control rate was 68.8%; 125 cases were observed with 100% injection, the total effective rate of four courses was 73.6%, and the near control rate was 11.2%. Two groups were simple type, phlegm dampness type, as well as mild, short course of disease, the curative effect is higher. Among them, 200% injection has good effect on cough, phlegm and asthma, while 100% injection has no obvious effect on asthma. Side effects: about 10% of the cases had dry mouth after medication, most of them disappeared spontaneously in the continuous treatment. Before and after treatment, some patients were examined for liver function and urine, and no obvious abnormality was found, indicating that it seems to have no toxic effect on liver and kidney function.
500 cases were treated with Qianri honghuaxu tablet (each tablet contains about 3.2g crude drug, 2 tablets each time, 3 times a day, 10 days as a course of treatment, two courses in succession). The average effective rate was 27.9%, and the total effective rate was 77.1%. 754 cases were treated with qianrihongquancao tablets (the same content as the inflorescence tablets, 3 tablets each time, 3 times a day, the same course as above), the average effective rate was 32.1%, the total effective rate was 81.8%; 174 cases of bronchial asthma were treated with qianrihongquancao tablets, the obvious effective rate was 47.1%, the total effective rate was 88.5%. The main effect of the tablet seems to be antiasthmatic and expectorant, but it has no obvious anti-inflammatory effect.
In addition, 40 cases of bronchial asthma and asthmatic bronchitis were treated with acupoint injection of 30% Qianri honghuaxu injection, 0.3ml each time.
