Flowers with short stalks, white, male flowers 2-4 axillary; bracts small, 2; sepals oval, glabrous; petals obovate; stamens 15; female flowers 1-4 axillary; sepals ovate, glabrous; petals ovate, ovary glabrous, style 3-lobed. Berry globose, ca. 4 mm in diam. The flowering period is April.
Born on the hillside and roadside. Distributed in Yunnan, Guizhou, Jiangxi, Hunan, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Taiwan and other places.
