Production steps:
Step 1: mince lean meat and ginger, add 1 teaspoon salt, stir well, taste for 10 minutes.
Step 2: leek, mushroom (soak in advance, keep the water), shrimp, coriander clean, chopped.
Step 3: add the marinated minced meat and chop it into mud.
Step 4: Chop leek, mushroom, shrimp skin, coriander, lean meat together, add seasoning: 1 teaspoon of raw soy sauce, 1 / 3 of old soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence and pepper, 1 / 2 of sugar.
Step 5: stir well, add edible oil and stir well, then add water to soak Lentinus edodes for three times, mix meat and water, and let stand for 10 minutes.
