Step 1: Ingredients: diced beef, minced garlic, minced ginger, minced green onion, ten Chinese prickly ash, proper amount of cooked sesame, spiced sesame, 1g cinnamon, 60g Douchi, 30g dried Lentinus edodes, 30g peanuts (fried in hot pot, crushed and peeled), 30g hot pepper noodles
Step 2: 1. Mix some sesame seeds into the chili noodle, put oil into the hot pot, pour the spiced, cinnamon and Zanthoxylum into the pot, filter out the fragrance, and pour the hot oil into the chili noodle
